It will end up on youtube one day anyway....
But when I ordered my DigiPack from Bengans, it said it included the DVD with "making of...", -but it didn't! They have even used a pen to draw a line across the dvd on the included printed order.

Well the whole album is on youtube, it doesn't mean it's leagal, or that I, as a Europe fan, should not buy the cd, since it's free on youtube. You have an album out, right Michael? Would you be fine with people not buying your album if it was on youtube.? Even when people listen to it on spotify you are loosing a hell of a lot of money when they stream it as opposed to buying the album..
I don't really know how this can be a discussion?

I totally agree with you. Mine digipak copy arrived today, I'm very pleased with the sound from the CD About the DVD upload - 'sharing is caring' I mean, I agree with something you guys say about not uploading it because it's illegal or we should buy it to support the band and so on. But have this in mind - the DVD is just a bonus material the guys in the band should've posted as video clips on their FB page, but they decided to make a DVD. I understand all the 'deluxe' stuff, but as someone mentioned here - not all of us have the money to allow to but that kind of things. Still, it's not a violation if you put it on YouTube and step aside from all the copyrights of that material. There are many examples from recording sessions from other bands, not only Europe, that are posted online. And some of them provide a pretty solid info about the recording sessions. Btw you can just imagine the impatience of a guy living in Macedonia - for the last week or so, waiting for the album to arrive from Amazon UK. But still - well spent money.

This is very stupid!! You can not say that it is OK to upload something from a DVD illegally just because YOU think that they shoud've posted everything on facebook. And how is that not a violation to upload it online?? My God! By this logic, since this pack with the DVD, t-shirt etc. is just a bonus, I should be allowed to break in to the merch storage and steal a t-shirt, because it is just a bonus thing, and the band should've been giving them away on facbook. That is EXACTLY what you guys are saying

I'm sure the DVD will be posted on youtube and everyone can see it for free, as happened with the 30th anniversary DVD ... I do not say that this good but what always happens ... I think the DVD alone could have offered for sale at a more affordable price so that more people could have it and not within a pack which is quite expensive. About the content of DVD, are 35 minutes, recorded in black and white makes a very interesting journey through each of the band members naming each part with the name of the instrument that they plays: "the drums", "the bass" , "the guitar" ... I would highlight the part where Joey sings, is special recording PRAISE YOU, it's amazing, what a voice! I liked it a lot, that song in the video wins ... also emphasizes the participation of DAVE COBB sometimes seems more than the producer the 6 member of the band, especially out scenes with Mic, they improvise and rehearse with keyboard it is nice to see. Fantastic Norum making some of their wonderful riffs, and there is a scene at the end where the band with Dave are in a circle playing and creating "Angels", Joey is singing so slowly to the sound of the instruments, to clearly define how it will be the song. It's interesting, I would have liked it to be a bit more time but worth it.

Whoa dude, chill out! If you don't like the whole thing about the DVD upload you don't need to 'recite' the rules and regulations of copyrights. Just go on YouTube, you can find tons of material of bands in studios, which were released in DVD or some other format, but they still can be found out uploaded. What is YouTube going to do - delete all that stuff? I don't think so. As I've said - you do not own any of the copyrights, so you type that in the description box. And please, if you find this thing stupid and all of us who are supporting this idea - idiots or something - we don't need your throwing fits lame a** opinion.

So what if there are tons of material of bands in the studio on youtube? If somebody takes it off a dvd and uploads it, it's not legal. It doesn' matter if other people do it too. Two wrongs doesn't make a right! I have a question for you, why do you feel that you have a right two watch something that is released on a dvd for free? And just because you write in the description box "i don't own any copyrights" it's still not legal! What world are you living in?? If I uploaded the whole Hunger Games movie on youtube and wrote "I don't own the copyrights" in the description, do you really think that would be legal, and it wouldn't be taken down?? No, it would probably be removed whithin an hour. So if you want to see something the band has released, and spent money on making for us, just buy the damn thing or shut up. It is not your f***ing right to get stuff for free. Gosh!
