I've thought about this a lot. From the early days right through to 1992. Europe recorded everything from live show to all of their demos.
We want to hear everything don't we. Everything they didn't release! The le baron boys stuff is out there as well as some final countdown demos but surely there are more tracks that they recorded that we have never heard that the band still hold.
Can anybody on here try and get the group to just put all of their demos out there?? That would be by far the greatest thing they could do for us nostalgic fans!
Come on guy we want to hear the magic that was never released!!

That would be awesome
Like the over 6 minute long demo version of The Final Countdown that is missing from the leaked demotape.

Some older concerts would be great too, imagine a remastered version of Göta Lejon 84 or Solna 86

Or what about the Out of This World song? If I remember correctly, it has to do with Days of Rock and Roll.

This ain't gonna happen in the near future I'm afraid. Simply because the boys don't own the rights to these recordings. What I've understood from some interviews is that they are working on it. But they still have a long way to go unfortunately.

But they still have a long way to go unfortunately. It's a shame because those demos don't mean anything to Sony/Epic (I believe they hold the rights). There is no way they will ever profit from them.

How is it with Kee Marcello that recorded Wild Child and Don’t know how to love no more on his album Scaling up?

How is it with Kee Marcello that recorded Wild Child and Don’t know how to love no more on his album Scaling up? That's a good question. I spoke with Kee last October and we spoke about the song Rainbow Warrior which he said he would love to record on his next album.

You can record whatever you want.... It is not dependent on who "owns" the material. That's why you are seeing many classic acts redo their hits so they can control those and if someone wants to use it in a commercial (as as example) they can try to have that version used and the band gets the $ not the record company that owns the original. That's why Kee can record whatever he wants. Also, since those were demos and not "delivered" to Sony as the PIP album, there may be some question as to whom actually owns that "intellectual" property.
