Are you really taking these lists serious? I didn't even know they still existed...

Sorry, this is not really my field. What's wrong with these lists? They're not reliable? They're fake? Please explain...

It's also not my field obviously as I didn't even now they still existed I was a bit cynical because to me the whole idea and meaning of 'charts' died a long time ago. It went all very troubled since the world started downloading and streaming. Back in the day charts really (more or less) told us what was popular because they were put together on sales figures. Totally different as to what's going on these days.

Because then you would've known that charts today does not only collect how many physical copies is sold, but also streaming, youtube streams, and downloads (only leagal of course)

As I can see from Amazon sites located in Europe WOK is going pretty good, spending several weeks in the first 100 sold albums in all music categories, and in the first 50 albums in rock category. Still waiting for US though, but I expect to be nothing less than the ones mentioned above.

I'm glad I don't know shit about it! The less the better in fact By the way; just because it contains only the legal streaming and downloading I think those lists are anything but near the actual amount of people who hear and have the music at home...

...and as always, when a new album comes out, we like to track its path in the charts. Here is where we'll do that and here's the first result. Any contribution is welcome Nederland: 1st week nr. 35 link
So WOK it's already going better than BOB that entered in the dutch charts at nr. 44 Thank you for the info, ent. For us fans, it's always interesting to know the success of a Europe new album. I din't find anything concerning French charts, but that's not surprising, as the official release was the 6th of march here.
