War of Kings has entered the Norwegian Top 40 album chart at number 38: lista.vg.no/liste/topp-40-album/2In comparison, Bag of Bones entered at number 21. By the way, Bag of Bones and War of Kings are the only EUROPE post-reunion albums that have charted in Norway. It should be mentioned that there was a lot of promotion for Bag of Bones when it was released in Norway. I remember that Joey and John Norum appeared on a number of TV and radio shows in Norway to promote the album, so I'm sure that helped a lot. There has been nothing like that with War of Kings in Norway so far. Maybe they'll come here to do some promotion between the UK tour and the US tour. Time will show!

Yes Europe went straight up on NR 1 place in Swedish Hardrock charts! Pushed down Scorpions!  Even though theres not been much promotion for WoK here! |

Not good news from the swedish charts: this week (the second) War of Kings is fallen out of the top 10, to no. 12. As a comparison Bag of bones, that also entered at no. 2 was at no. 9 the second week and no. 12 the third week.  |

War of Kings is out of the Norwegian chart. In comparison, Bag of Bones was on the chart for two weeks.
