And the winner is: GIRL FROM LEBANON !!!!!
Ok, A big applause for SEVENTH SIGN, its career has been magnificent.
Our WINNER in the album PRISONERS IN PARADISE is: The beautiful GIRL FROM LEBANON
... and here we go !!
VOTING SESSION: ALBUM “START FROM THE DARK” (2004)
2004. Europe returns. After years of silence the band that change the world in the 80s was back. They were not the same anymore, but their fans were not either. Everything had changed. We had a stage full of uncertainty ahead, what would its music be like? The world panorama had changed.
And then comes START FROM THE DARK, ... somehow the guys had come back from the dark, and that was a new begining, I think the title is perfect.
A luxury, a gift, the band had evolved, and presented us with much heavier songs, more mature, something darker, ... the musicians had their own experience over the years, but their fans had also changed, that's why we knew how to understand and continue to love this band, they needed to make those songs, but we also needed to listen to them. All together we kept walking, this book was not finished, there were chapters to write. Without renouncing the past, feeling proud of the old years, there was a lot of EUROPE to show.
We began the voting of the second stage ...
1. "Got to Have Faith" (Joey Tempest, John Norum)
2. "Start from the Dark" (Joey Tempest, John Norum)
3. "Flames" (Joey Tempest)
4. "Hero" (Joey Tempest)
5. "Wake Up Call" (Joey Tempest, John Norum)
6. "Reason" (Joey Tempest, Mic Michaeli)
7. "Song # 12" (Joey Tempest, John Norum)
8. "Roll With You" (Joey Tempest, John Norum)
9. "Sucker" (Joey Tempest)
10. "Spirit of the Underdog" (Joey Tempest)
11. "America" (Joey Tempest)
12. "Settle for Love" (Joey Tempest, John Norum)
Ok, ... if it's been difficult so far, I understand that when we start reading the songs, remembering and having to choose 3 is almost impossible
So friends, just 3 SONGS!!!!!!!
Our voting session ends next Thursday, March 22 at 22.00 p.m CET
We keep dancing friends, ...
