As for a setlist, I checked setlist.fm and it seems like the bands only played 1 or 2 songs each, so EUROPE only played "The Final Countdown", a-ha only played "Take on Me", Bananarama only played "Venus", etc...

Damn! They played it perfectly...really. Everybody top notch. Maybe one of their best Final Countdown's in years? Great sound and mix too by the way.

I agree, that was a stella performance, the FOH crowd mix sounded great! Hope it comes across that way in the broadcast version. Norum nailed the solo better than he has perviously. I noticed the black H/S/S strat he used as well. Even Joey missing the end chorus lyric before the ending motif was no problem, I liked how it sounded! Definitely one of the best TFC performances I've heard for a LONG time. Finally someone knew how to turn Mic's keyboard's up in the mix.

Mic's keyboards sounded great indeed. Same goes for the drums, guitars and vocals. Norum and Joey walking to the end of the catwalk for the solo was also pretty epic Norum nailed it perfectly yes and he looked quite awesome while doing it!

I’m glad they’ve done this. Many people still believe Europe to look the same as in the 80s and this will hopefully show their image has changed but the quality of the performance hasn’t. It’s a pity they only get to do one song though, although judging from the responses it was a fantastic performance. Perhaps it was so good was partly due to only doing the one track and TFC is usually at the end of a concert after what must be a exhausting live set. Looking forward to seeing how this comes across on TV in November.
