Well, not bad... it's catchy and everybody seems to like it. The sound is better than WoK. My rating 8,6. I think there will be better songs in the album and more different. I agree. I usually find that the I prefer other tracks on the albums to what they put out as their singles. There is enough in this track though that can please longtime fans as well as impress the more modern rock folks. Not to mention with a "current/trendy" producer like Cobb again, this sound is par for the course.

Not sure what is surprising those who aren't sure. This is pretty much Europe over the last couple albums. Same blueprint, different song. Looking forward to hearing the other tracks.

Always liked PIP... Some of the others are good too, but due to the changing times, I feel the whole PIP doesn't get the attention it should have.

There still seems to be some release issues with this to the US... I ordered mine back in July and it still hasn't shipped from them yet.. This is getting annoying.

I think there were some delays. I ordered mine with Amazon in the US with a release date of 7/21 or whatever it was, and they didn't have it, and I am not supposed to get it until the 2nd/3rd week of August at this point per Amazon.

Interesting. Later in the interview he speaks about the rights of the Out of this world and Prisoners in Paradise albums. For what I understand (but my spanish is very poor) there are still pending issues with Sony who claims that they haven't still recovered the money they have invested in those albums. It sounds to me like total b***sh*t! Is that even possible? That Sony didn't recoup their money sounds a bit far fetched. While neither achieved the success that TFC did, they sold well. I also think PIP would have sold better if they have put it out sooner. The change in popular musical direction at the time with grunge didn't help.

Hmm that explains why Kee's face was cut off of the Out of this world cover that was used in the intro film to The final countdown part of the last tour. They (Kee and Joey) are still in some 'battle' according to the interview. I think Kee was cut out because that cover isn't relevant with Norum back in the band. I'd guess that under the same circumstances, if the roles between him and Norum were reversed, the same thing would happen.

Coincidentally, that is one of the few songs that they have never been played live in their catalog....and the only song off PIP that they never played live. I wonder why? I always liked the song, and was too bad they didn't play it live.

There's nothing distinct about this project. It's another Frontiers project where they marry up some named musicians, the same guys write the songs, and the guys play the songs. It also annoys me how Kee always seems to overact in music videos...haha.
