Wanted to share this recent Finnish TV commercial. This time very positive outcome, I think. Advertising "classic" microwave meals (that has long been on the market) with the theme "you always recognize a classic" [https://youtu.be/VlouuO3WaU0] I also found out that the company won gold medal in Epica Awards 2019 in Amsterdam with this commercial in category "Best use of sound"

I agree! This was very sad news and a huge loss. With Dave Grohl's words: “Neil Peart, that’s a whole other animal, another species of drummer"

Thanks for sharing this Michaela Italy and Clair! Joey's musical selection is really superb! It was fun to know that Secret Society was written pants half down (episode 28.11) 😀 😀

Without You I'm Nothing by Placebo (1998) Thanx for sharing. Interesting, emotional melodies. Their music and expression is very honest. Wins my points

Here's my little notes from the Kuopio gig.
This was one of the occassions where you can wonder: who on earth had organized Europe to play to a place like this...? The contrast was so apparent; before our guys, a local pop act was prancing around on the stage and singing in falsetto with mixing equipment as a band. His young girl fans disappearent from the front row (disappointment to Europe guys? 😉) Fan base was switced to more middle-aged and young girls probably had their ear-wax blown away nice and clean as Walk the Earth started... 😀
Unfortunately, the technical problems lasted almost through the show (longer than expected).
Joey was not so relaxed as seen some of the other gigs (because of the technical problems? or seen the act before and wondering about the right place to be after last week's heaviest heavy metal festival Tuska (Agony in English)? 😀 But reaching the end of the gig they all seemed more and more relaxed and Joey being more present. The quite static audience started to wake up. Joey's singing, of course, prof all the time. Norum suffered these tech problems a lot... (example seen in the video of New love in town), but in between these, his sound was brilliant. Mic pulled out his jewel intro to Sing of the times, and Leven and Ian kept the machine going as accurate as always.
Singalong Rock the Night always sounds a bit funny to me thinking of it at home couch, but how can you resist on the spot when you are told to ?😀 And suddenly couple of hundred kilometres drive starts to feel worth it and you forget about stressful work and rest of the worries... That is really healing, actually!! And then you wish that the end is not approaching (but knowing it will, as you guess the setlist 😕)
I'm so glad that I heard for example Heart of Stone again. I guess we all have to start to promote No Stone Unturned back to setlist after all these years!
And in the end.... Everyone present knew the words for sing along.... Even after many days of endurance test at wine festivals...☺

The gig was great, although interfered with some technical problems (best seen in this video of mine - sorry about my technical problems, bad sound quality etc...)
