Hi everyone.  Last night I uploaded a couple of videos to my YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/user/SteinVidarEUROPE, and today I started to think about the subtitles for my videos. Several of the videos are in Swedish, so I try to add English subtitles to as many of them as possible. However, I realize it might not be easy for everyone to find those subtitles, since the YouTube player window has been through many changes over the years. For example, there used to be a CC button (Closed Captions) that people could click to see my subtitles, but sadly that button is not there anymore. And from what I can tell, it seems to be a bit more complicated to get the subtitles with the current design. So my question to all of you is: Should I reupload the Swedish-language videos with subtitles added directly to the video itself? So that if I were to reupload the film On the Loose for instance, I would add subtitles directly to the video and then upload it to YouTube. What do you think? Cheers!  |

Hi Stein  I'm not sure if I understand right, you mean "english subtitles"? Well, it would be really cool ... and whether not, any additional information in the videos is always welcome, I think. |

Everything you could do to help other fans to understand Swedissh-Norwegians videos would be great, Stein ! I think that's a huge work, yet. But if you want to make it, that's simply great for us ! Personnaly, I would be very pleased to understand what they say in the blikkbàx interview...  Last thing, Stein : The subtitles of the oldest videos, including "On the loose", are still working for me. Don't know if it works for everyone... |

In older videos, which are provided with subtitles, I have no problem to seeing them and it is great. Of course, I also welcome everything else you will want to do for us, Stein.
