I have a suggestion for October's song of the month: John Norum's When darkness falls. This one of my all time favourites...
It has a special positive attitude: it is a inspiring feelgood song and at the same time thoroughbread party song, with special cool riff, of course!
I really like the change when the solo starts: the whole song gallops towards you like a thunderstorm or freightrain. At this point - if not earlier - you have to lift your hands up to surrender!
What's best - this song doesn't take itself too seriously. Yet it is very accurately finished and professional piece of work!
(If you had something else in mind for October, please spare this "application" for future use, will you guys? 😊)

WHEN DARNESS FALLS (By John Norum), very good song of the album PLAY YARD BLUES, ... (2010) John said it was an album for musicians ...but even if is so, I think it has some interesting songs beside this, for whose we are not, like "It's only money" in which John's voice sounds really great or "Let it shine"... and it's always a pleasure to hear John's guitar so we have a wonderful song for October. THANKS A LOT poundingheart !!!  My idea is that this thread is alive and every contribution is very welcome, feel free to propose more songs in ther future ... OCTOBER the month of Johnny !!! Ok song of this month  , it is not my favourite Europe's ballad  , I prefer in live Open Your Heart, but this is the year of THE FINAL COUNTDOWN, and the WORLD loves her ... my country love this song (I don't understand it  ... anyway) ... and HOW MANY PEOPLE FALLED WITH LOVE WITH THIS SONG ? A lot  
So SONG OF NOVEMBER IN WINGS OF TOMORROW FORUM the land in which live the most crazy and loyal EUROPE's fans !!!!
