The Start From The Dark Album on Itunes - US only?

I had a look at Itunes today and I noticed that the album was not "available" as a complete album - the button said it was sold as parts of an album.
It was possible though to purchase all the twelve songs separate and I thought it was really odd so I googled it up and came to an apple-itunes webpage with a link that opened in my Itunes and it said US-only.
I am writing this post out of Sweden and I wonder what this is all about. Is it a glitch or a legal issue?
