About the first single: Would be the song that has the same title as the album (as in "Last look at Eden") or Would be a different song that the album's title (as in "Bag of Bones")? We'll see  |

I didn't like the Secret Society cover (although I did very much like the album). The problem, with Secret Society cover, was that there wasn't anywhere written "Europe"... I'm really looking forward to this album.  Have anyone found some information about a single before the album is released? welcome, endlessvoyageofdreams ! No information about a single. Europe is touring in Japan very soon : they'll probably play one song (or 2 !) from WOK.... which doens't mean it will be a single. Remember BOB : they played "Doghouse" live many months before the release of the album, but the single was finally "not supposed to sing the blues". And for LLAE, they played "mojito girl" in Chile before the release of the album, but the single was finally LLAE-the song... So, let's see.. But I'll will wait impatiently for the videos of their Japanese shows on youtube ! |

 "WOK" sounds almost as good as "BOB" and looks even better...   about the DVD... is it possible that  "WINGS OVER SWEDEN"  stuff is included? |

This time with WOK, as they mentioned "Kings" in the title, we can say that the Secret Society clearly recognize themselves as Conquerors or Masters of something. BTW, JTempest told it somewhere : "it becomes more and mre difficult to stay humble and modest." Personnaly, I like these thems. I enjoy the "conquerors attitude" developed in that title more than the "exhausted attitude" of "Bag Of Bones". BOB was more a complaining theme - OK for a more rock-blues oriented album... However, as we know Mr Tempest ideas are often found in their everydays life, I wonder where he first finds WOK. -Is it in the kind of battle some Rock bands may have between each others ? -Is it some dispute Europe members may have sometimes (like every group, of course, even the most friendly !) -Or is it inspired by the themes of some successful video games ? Anyway, what I want to understand with WOK is the idea that EUROPE is now ready to fight against their underrated status. They want to fight to let everybody know that they are among the Greatest Kings in rock universe.   Concerning the DVD, EuropeMagnum, although it would be awesome if it was "Wings Over Sweden", I'm quite sure it won't be that... If Europe recorded that show, they will probably keep it for a special DVD, that they'll sell separatly. The DVD of WOK is probably related to WOK. -... But maybe I'm wrong, of course !  |

LOL, ok EuropeMagnum since now on whenever when I'll to write the word WOK in this forum it will come this image in my head ...  But friends, WOK is more that our expected album ... wikipedia also says: "War of Kings" is a comic book  crossover storyline written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning, published by Marvel Comics, and set in Marvel's main shared universe. The six issue limited series was published between March and August, 2009. The story is about a war between the Vulcan led Shi'ar empire and the Inhuman led Kree empire. The Guardians of the Galaxy, Nova Corps, Darkhawk, and the Starjammers become involved in various ways. The tag line was "When kings collide, the galaxy will tremble". ( fantastic sentence, don't you think?  )
