If you had to define EUROPE with only ONE word, which one would you use ?
In their recent post about their new album, EUROPE talks about "majestic" and "spiritual" music. These terms are perfects, that's true.
But in classic rock magazine, someone used the term "euphoric" to speak about the song "ready or not".
So, that's the word I'd choose for my sake :
IMO, EUROPE music is first of all "EUPHORIC", or even better : "Euphoriant".

Absolutely "ADDICTIVE"
who of you, besides me, when leaving a EUROPE's concert and has very high the adrenaline is thinking about: " ... where will be the next? when? ... Okay, I do not know right now, but I have to see them again in live! Because, I do it . ..."

If you had to define EUROPE with only ONE word, which one would you use ? It seems that Ian is also willing to join this topic: From Ian's FB page: "Hey guys! Just a quick update... Next week we'll continue to write and rehears on songs for the new album, we got about 8 songs ready right now. It's an interesting mixture of moods and styles. Majestic, heavy, energetic, melodic, bluesy, soulful, dynamic, exciting... These are just a few words i think reflects the music so far! "

Yes, that is the word I was looking for: SOULFUL!!! I think Europe can be defined as SOULFUL. SOULFUL is the word I'd pick too. Then I mentioned it to a friend and he played a little game by changing it a bit to "soul food". It sounds a little funny but if you think a little about it ,Europe's music is not only full of soul but has also been feeding our souls for quite some time now.

I can`t find one single word, I`m not gifted when it comes to synthesis. Is it ok if I post one single image? I think this "apple" says it all about Europe music. And, being an apple, it fits also with kat`s definition of "food for the soul"

And, being an apple, it fits also with kat`s definition of "food for the soul" You've given me a great idea for another thread And about the "apple", ... that album's cover was disconcerting to me, do not quite understand what the band was looking for: Maybe it is a tribute to the female or is a claim to a healthy diet ? hehe well I'm not sure ... Anyway, that is the greatness of this band in each of us their music moves different emotions.

Hey, wait a minute... This thread is about WORDS not about PICTURES !!! *** So, dear ent and Eva Tomorrow, may I suggest to you to remove the photo, and write instead the appropriate word ? ent, did you mean "nourishing" ? Eva Tomorrow, did you mean "dietary" ? It has to be said : " nourisshing" and "dietary" are 2 very original approaches of EUROPE music ! (Great and imaginative fans you are !) BTW, It seems that Ian is also willing to join this topic: From Ian's FB page: "Hey guys! Just a quick update... [*** So then, why not a thread about "one single picture to define Europe music" ? Here it is : forum.wingsoftomorrow.com/thread/777/single-picture-define-europe-music ]

ent, did you mean "nourishing" ? Yes...I suppose that nourishing could go... Although what I had in mind had a more "metallic" and "sexy" nuance,
