This thread is only for the fun , Ok, since this is the spirit, here I go. I think that the title of the album is a very important matter. It has to be deeply meditated. Is it possible to find a way to choose the Perfect album title - I thought to myself? I don´t think so because perfection is "out of this world". But if we want to get close to perfection then the only way is to choose it scientifically . So, as Roger Bacon once said: "If in other sciences we should arrive at certainty without doubt and truth without error, it behooves us to place the foundations of knowledge in mathematics". So we have to deal with Maths, right? . Ok, if it`s going to be a mathematic process we need to use numbers ( EuropeMagnum certainly had a point here). Let`s start by assinging a significative number to each europe album so far. For the album "europe" it`s going to be 1, of course, because that`s the first album. For "wings" it has to be 5, because it was released in 1984, five years after the establishment of the band Force. For "TFC" it has to be 0, beacuse any countdown (and especially the final one) ends up to zero. For "OOTW" I thought to number 5 again, because, even though for that album the band lost temporarily Jhon Norum, Kee was there to replace him. The band agreed that they had to stay five. For "PIP" it has to be 1, because it`s the first album of the new decade (the nineties). For "STFD" it has to be 4, because it was released in the fourth year of the new millennium. For "SS" it has to be 9, because in 2015, when the new album should be released, SS will be 9 years old. For "LLAE" it has to be again 9, of course, because it was released on september 9, 2009 (9/9/09). For "BOB" it has to be 7, because...because, well, I don´t know but it wouldn´t work otherwise Ok, sooo... we have 150514997. What does that mean? Hey wait a minute! As anyone knows 1,50514997 is the logarithm in base 10 (like the 10th album!) of the number 32 (and 32 is 2015-1983, the year of the new album minus the year of the first album, what a coincidence! ). So we can conclude that the title of the new album could be "Logarithm". Mmmh, but we are talking about music which is mathematics of course, but also art. So let`s add a touch of art and call it "Logarhythm". Or maybe even "Log a rhythm" as to say:"Let`s chop down the tree of music!" And, since we`re hopefully talking about a hard rock album what better way to do it that with an axe? See, it`s easy to choose the album title if you know how to do it! P.S. welcome to the forum Lonely Kelly

P.S. welcome to the forum Lonely Kelly hahahaha Wonderful reflexion, it's clear that our friend ent is back !!! Happy of it ... It's true that the band will decide the title but here are some ideas depending the each artists style , so e.g : Whitesnake style: "Here we go again" Guns and Roses style: "Appetite for another 30 years" U2 style: "Extraordinary love" Dep Leppard style: "Europemania" Bon Jovi style: "Stockholm" Madonna style: "True blues" (probably the favourite title for Norum ) Bruce Springsteen style: "Born in the Scandinavian countries"

See, it`s easy to choose the album title if you know how to do it! yeah, pretty easy... so the title will be 150514997 but why? because... 150514997 is the exact number of different "Best of Europe" (or similar titles) compilations already released by Sony since the late 1980s. wait a minute...that was a little exaggerated... i think there were only... ... 86 !

P.S. welcome to the forum Lonely Kelly Congratulations, you've blown my brain Mine too ! Hilarious ! ...And flabbergasting ! But wait a minute !!!! You know what ent ? Suddenly I realize that last year, during EUROPE show in Lorelei where we were together on the second row, I was probably standing near a true genious without being aware of it ! OMG ! I feel retrospectively very very impressed ! Well, this leads me towards a new idea for an album title (although the idea of " 150514997 " seems great -and so easy to remember, isn't it ! ). So, why not : "FLABBERGASTING" ? After all, we know that EUROPE is exceptional, so the word "flabbergasting" fits them ; and it fits their so, so, so extraordinary fans, too !

yeah, pretty easy... so the title will be 150514997 but why? Because it is ent's phone number

So, why not : "FLABBERGASTING" ? It could be a good idea...after a quick look on google translator it seems that flabbergasting means something schocking that might leave speachless. Considering that they used (almost) the same concept for Aphasia (and that's also the name of this distingushed forum) I'd say that it fits very well both the band and the fans. Because it is ent's phone number Hey, that was a secret! Just joking, but it would be nice if the title of the next album could be something mysterious or ambiguous, open to many interpretations...a code or something like that. Hey Eva Tomorrow, was "devil" among the banned words? I would enjoy a title like "The devil's code". That sounds good to me...

Words that should be avoided - BLACKLIST: Countdown Wings Tomorrow Yesterday ... to be continued ... Cool ! LOL ... I add: Carrie Devil Demonent, probably the quota of hell we have covered with "Devil sing the blues" and "Demon head" so "The devil's code" loses strength for me, you know? Sounds a title of Dan Brown's book ...

Ummm I'd like "5+5", like a remembering of the two stages the band's been through. LOL with ent and Eva Tomorrow ideas. You should register, guys. You never can tell who's reading.
