First review of the EUROPE's concert in Manchester ... GET YOU ROCK OUT (UK)
getyourrockout.co.uk/wp/album-reviews/live-reviews/foreigner-europe-fm-live-the-apollo-manchester-03042014/"... Joey is such a special frontman, and I’m never going to grow tired of watching him running around the stage from one band member to the next, grinning the whole time and obviously enjoying every second of it ... "" ...Europe treated us to ‘Cherokee’ which they don’t play much live, and from the opening drums you knew it was gonna be special. The crowd really started getting into it now; everything was turned up a level and it started feeling that little bit magical. Following this up with ‘Rock the Night’ just made it even better, and it was about here in the night that I remembered just why I loved doing this so much!..."
" ... They’re such a special band, and tonight’s performance wasn’t nearly long enough for my tastes, but every minute of it was fantastic ..."

Review about concert in Manchester PLANESTMOSH.COMplanetmosh.com/foreigner-europe-fm/"...In Joey Tempest, Europe have a front man who has hardly aged, running around the stage and throwing his Mic stand around like it was a toy, It’s great to hear he’s also still got an amazing voice..."
"...We got a good mix of old and new songs tonight, with ‘Cherokee’ being a nice surprise, as they very rarely play this live. ‘Rock the Night’ did just what it says on the tin, the band were on fire, they did a great version of “Superstitious”, which saw Joey and company almost runaway with the show..."
"... Europe were great,..."

Thank you very much for your clarification kat ... Shame about the lack of passion on the part of the audience, ... I understand that everyone has their way of expressing their feelings, or is free not express them, or in this case as you say it is possible that most of the fans were from FORAIGNER in any case, one EUROPE's concert is at least one time for to have fun even if you're not a big fan of the band, because they give everything on stage, especially Joey who is very happy to play in UK, ... each live show of this band is a jewel and transmits so many good things, when I'm in a band concert I feel so lucky to live that moment, ...so the people who have the opportunity to be there and enjoy it is how to have the chance to see a sunrise at sea and look at the other way ... Okay I'll stop now, I am rolling up ...

Okay I'll stop now, I am rolling up ... Well I'm sure Europe in their long time career have seen all kinds of different audience ,more passionate -like in Spain or Latin America-and less passionate ones.No matter what, they always give their best performance and I believe that is appreciated even when people think over the show afterwards at home or with friends over a glass of beer. Anyway here's another review of the Newcastle gig with from Classic Rock with comments from Joey and Jeff Pilson from Foreigner who appears to be a Europe fan too!As you can read in the audience comments they may have been a little lazy ,but they really enjoyed the show! www.classicrockmagazine.com/features/review-foreigner-europe-and-fm-live-in-newcastle/

Ok, let's to enjoy with another of the many good reviews that the press dedicated to our beloved band ... SOURCE: I REVIEW ROCK DATE: 8th april 2014 FM, Europe, Foreigner : Sheffield City Hall www.ireviewrock.com/fm-europe-foreigner.html
" ... A perfect balance of new and old, heavy and light. Talking of heavy - Europe are HEAVY! There should be no doubt about their power live! John Norum is a guitarist of top notch proportions. Joey smiling, posing, throwing rock star poses. John Leven is the cool bass player. Ian Haugland, with his now shiny dome and curtain ring ear jewellery, pounds like Animal from the Muppets! Mic Michaeli’s keyboard work is of course top notch, ..."
"...One of my favourite new songs ‘Firebox’ is always great live. Maybe Europe’s second best song ‘Rock The Night’, brings the house down. During the middle section it morphs into a tribute to the steel town of Sheffield’s favourite sons Def Leppard, in the form of a snippet of ‘Hysteria’, then back to rocking the night again....standing ovation. Next comes my favourite Europe song ‘Last Look At Eden’. This song sounded massive on the same titled album. Live it is a tour de force, epic, powerful and cool! ..."
" ... Is it me or is the John Norum guitar solo on 'The Final Countdown' one of the best ever...I think so. ..."
"...Europe bring the house down..."
