This is from the UK show "Never mind the buzzcocks", it's called nevermind the Tennant because David Tennant is the guest host, he used to be the 10th Doctor in Doctor Who. This is from when he still was, apparently. Bernard Cribbins and Catherine Tate are two of his guests, they're hilarious.
This is so fun to watch.
And just hearing "The Doctor" speaking about "Europe" and "The final countdown" (In a singing scottish accent), is just to die for!
