This forum is full of fans. Some have never seen Europe live, some have seen them a couple of times, and some have been travelling to far away countries to see Europe.
I know some of us here live in countries that are so happy as to get visited by Europe once a year or even more often.
So my question is. How many Europe concerts have you been to in your own country?
I have been to 15. Seriously. In 9 years. Norway is quite a long country, so I've travelled a lot, and got to know more of my country just to see Europe.
I have seen them in Vallset, Oslo, Bergen, Oslo again, Sandnes, Mo i Rana, Lakselv, Kopervik, Trondheim, Skien, Tromsø, Langesund, Stavanger, Bergen again and then Tysnes.

I've been to seven concerts in Norway:
June 11, 2004 - Vallset
October 19, 2004 - Oslo
July 21, 2007 - Mo i Rana
July 12, 2008 - Lakselv
September 3, 2011 - Tromsø
July 7, 2012 - Lakselv
July 12, 2013 - Tysnes

I've seen the band live 6 times (Sweden, Portugal, UK (2 times) and in my country Spain, also two times). Each concert was special, a different aventure. In Spain the band is always very well received, the press respects and praises their live shows, always a pleasure. 6 times (so far)  |

As far as I know (and if someone knows different -- let me know please??) Europe has only played in Canada twice. Once out in Vancouver around 1987 (I think I've read it was a 'showcase') and in 2005 in Toronto. So to answer your question Tone Irene -- me... zero. *sob!  No, no...I'll be okay. *sniff Seriously though, I have hope!!  I'm praying that since this announcement of Gain and Sony Music have come together in the U.S. with Petri Lundén at the helm, we in North America might stand a better chance at getting Europe albums domestically instead of as imports AND will eventually have them back performing on our shores too. If not -- I've been saving my pennies and with any luck, I'll get over to Europe to see Europe somewhere and sometime during the next album's tour. ymlp.com/zX2aZz |

I've been to 4 shows just in Chile: in 2009, 2010 and 2012:in Santiago and Los Andes.
I wish I can go to a show in Sweden someday, I have some good web friends who I'd love to meet. I could easily go on my own, but I'm afraid my husband will never allow it...Well, someday...

Quite a few, I'm sure it's well into double figures by now. I will have to sit down and work it out exactly. Seen them a couple of times on each of their recent tours. Plus Bloodstock, plus Relentless garage, Hammersmith Apollo (2004). Saw them back in the day at Milton Keynes bowl with Bon Jovi, plus once on PIP tour (Wolverhampton) plus very first time I saw them was Out of this World tour in Birmingham. I reckon in total must be around 14 or 15 times now.

Just the once in Glasgow 2010... gonna be going to see them there again in march this year though

I first saw them in the UK on the 'Out of this World' tour, and then again on the 'Prisoners' tour, before their break. I saw them at Hammersmith on their return (SFTD), plus I've seen them at least twice on each of their tours since then. Plus Bloodstock festival, plus the Relentless Garage a few years ago. And I also saw them with Foreigner last year. I've nearly lost count, but I think it's either 14 or 15 total. Just realised I've already replied to this topic previously I'll be seeing them 2 more times on the March tour as well. We are rather spoilt in the UK Never seen them outside of the UK either, but hopefully that should change this year, as I plan to see them in France with The Scorpions |
