As you might have noticed, I'm the kind of girl who rips of the band-aid in a whiff, so as not to prolong the pain. And I try not to look back.

Here is my choice: Stormwind (1984) Firebox (2012) Again the visual experience has its impact in my decision and I am sorry for LLAE because of the "Come with me!", which is epic! Stormwind is a stormwind. Or a tempest... tzzz tzzz  Firebox is still a big question mark for me. The meaning is clear (now and after Barcelona in particular). The question mark comes once again from a contrast. In the very moment one has found his own way of life and his own values, still there's this anxiety coming from the desire and despair... It makes me think...and I find it true. Speaking for myself, but it's not so uncommon I think, one often tends to settle on a "sort of routine" in his life because it gives security and if you wake up in the morning knowing exactly what you have to do, then it's easier and safer for sure. But often we have another strength inside pushing us out of our comfort zone and doing even risky things or making us planning out of the box. In this mood you don't feel safe. You feel exceptionally alive, but you're never safe. So the cycle goes on and one tends again to assess some firm points to stick with until he/she gets bored of those too. You should think I am almost going out my mind now, right? No worries, it's just my demon.head@work !  |

Hello! I'm back again! Missed the previous group but very happy with the results!!  My choice for this group is: Stormwind (1984): Legendary! Last look at Eden (2009): Epic! And of course I'm suffering so much for the other two!!!  |

This is the right place to share those thoughts, about our music, that we coudn't express anywhere else (who could ever understand us??  ). So thank you for the gentle appreciation and comments you give to others' posts  and... for the pictures you find, you always have the right one for every occurrence, it's incredible!  I was almost forgetting, this time I'm voting: Stormwind (1984)- a legend for me! Last look at Eden (2009) - so magnificent to become almost excessive but... that orchestral intro followed by the explosion of the band conquers me every time I listen to it. I won't be too sorry for Firebox (I don't know why it never sounded completely convincing to me), but I'll miss Start from the Dark... At this stage every choice means a compromise, it's like putting every song on a libra but you can never get a balance... (@michaela, the Demon's Head virus is infecting me too... ) |

On the other hand, I've never looked the votes of a song or other, I like to read as a premiere the thread of ent with the results of each phase, I think my dear "Start from the Dark" started very strong but is losing energy, I hope this song be saved from burning  ... my fingers crossed!! |
