Tonight, I'll try to be on the balcony. I want to see the WHOLE band. And when we are close to the stage, we can see only 2 or 3 Europe members in the same time... The other reason is that I'll try to film with my camera.  |

Back at the hotel. Rather early, because, to be honest, I decided not to stay for LLAE ( which I don't enjoy very much...) and TFC (which I think Europe will probably play one day again...) I prefer to stay on the blast about how they performed "The Beast" and "Doghouse" - certainly the highlights of the day...   "Open your heart" was better than yesterday, too. It was a great show - as usual with Europe, the best band in the world !  . maybe just a little "below" how it was in Strasbourg, especially at the beginning. There was a slight problem with the lights and the smoke, too, making the band disappear sometimes : Ian could barely be seen by moments. As I had my "good" camera, I wanted to take some photos of the band ( in particular Leven who was so beautiful yesterday), but no way ! I couldn't see their faces. I have some videos, but not sure they are good. I hope they are, because Mic and Norum made some special and fabulous impros ! The setlist was exactly the same like yesterday, but shorter : They skipped the part where they play "Sign of the Time", alternating with "Heart of Stone", or "Ready or not"... Which means I'll probably NEVER hear this last 2 songs live !!! (or if they play one of them tomorrow, there will still remain one that I'll never hear, which is a terrible thing, because Heat o stone and ready or not are among my very favorite europe songs ever !!! :-X   |
