Great thing Michaela, I hope you can see the whole show tonight! Please sing and jump and look at Joey for me too... I've had the ticket for Florence show in my pocket since the last may 4th and I can't get used to the idea that it's all over! I hope Joey has his voice intact, and that you won't have to wait outside under the rain. Have a great time!!!

Thank you Vicky! Actually it rained all day long and I've been in the queue for 6 hours before entering the theatre, but it's been fun to meet and talk to people there and then you really don't mind at all the troubles you've gone through, as soon as you hear Joey say to the audience: "Piove, fa freddo... che palle!" [It's raining, it's cold... it sucks!] WOW what a concert yesterday night!!! I think there could have been almost 5000 people there!!! Everything was fantastic, they had only an issue with a feedback on the sound at the end of a song that made John N. sweat even more if only possible. Brillantly overcome anyway by the efficient Crew. Joey was playful and in a very good mood. His voice is so well that he sings all the songs in higher tones and he can afford to go up every time in Girl of Lebanon, never lost his breath...may be a little mess with the words of the songs here and there Just few details to make him and them all more human! Norum was very engaged and very playful with a friend of mine who is one of his best admirers The second shirt of Joey that he wears when he enters the acoustic part of the gig is really beautiful, for the color (it is a fantastic shade of blue) and for the tissue that has got those damask shiny effects. And of course I could go on for hours about how many buttons he left undone... always the sexiest man in the world, full stop! What else? Ah, yes...the setlist!!!: Riches To Rags Not supposed To Sing The Blues Firebox Superstitious Scream Of Anger No Stone Unturned New Love In Town Demon Head Acoustic set: The World Keep on Turning (Fleetwood Mac cover) - JN Drink & A Smile Dreamer Bag Of Bones Girl From Lebanon Carrie The Beast Ready or notDoghouse Rock The Night ___________________________ Las Look At Eden The Final Countdown Yes!!! They played Ready or not this time and there has been an explosion from the audience! Lot of participation, some soccer-like chorus and lot of singing along very loud in many songs...among whom "Bag of Bones"...I have really been surprised how many people joined singing this song and very very loud! Finally Italy did its part with Europe! Joey filmed a lot with his handycam in two different moments of the show toward the end of it... I hope he will publish something!

I can't believe, Joey telling 'che palle!' ('it sucks') in italian, and the other things you remember, that means he's really learning our language, and not the usual trivial things such as 'ciao, grazie, siete fantastici' ('hello, thank you, you're fantastic')! Wow! Do you know? My present fantasy about him, now that I'm a serious and quiet 39-year-old person ( ), is to sit with him with a beer or a coffee and talk, talk, talk of music, sense of life, dreams and so on... Can you think how nice would it be to do it speaking italian with him? Probably I'm not so sane...! It's nice to hear you were 5000 people yesterday and that anything was great... I don't think in Florence we were more than 800-900 people. Just as you, I also think it doesn't matter to wait under the rain, standing up, skipping the dinner, catch a little cold... seeing them live is always something special, one thing is worth waiting for, an experience to remember... I confess last night I didn't notice how many buttons Joey left undone on his shirt... am I really getting old???

But I was in a good company yesterday about commenting on...Joey's look and that sort of details! I can assure you, it was fun! You know what? People don't really grow up completely...myself included, of course!

Sounds great! Did they skip a John Norum solo (where Joey gets a break...)

Norum still has a solo part in the show, it's just that he sings a song now instead of playing a solo.
