Mic's 50th Birthday

Hi everyone,
As you all know, in a few months Mic
will be turning 50! So I thought it would be nice to put something together from the fans as a little present. Ideally, it would be in the form a photo book, but since that would be difficult to get to him, maybe a digital slide show.
The idea is that you create a picture/collage with a message to Mic for his birthday (it can have anything on it as long as it's not inappropriate
), and then it will all be put together into a slideshow and sent to management to forward onto Mic.
Any thoughts? I'm happy to put the slideshow together, but if anyone is willing to help, or has any other ideas, please share!
