When you've registered, a page will ask you to "subscribe". And to subscribe, you'll have to pay around 80 € first ! Well, after all, maybe it's worth paying that price for a private acoustic show with Europe. b But at least, planet rock should tell : -the date, -how long is the show -2 songs or 8 ?) -and who will be there (norum and tempest only, or the whole band ?) Because personally, if I 'd subscribe, it'd be only for that special event. I'm not interested at all in Planet rock.

I would pay it for to see Europe in acoustic but let's wait for information to give us the band about it.

I've asked Planet rock the date of the show.
Here's the answer from Matt Dixon :
"The date is 13 September and it’s in London (can’t disclose the location unfortunately) The tickets will be allocated by prize draw as spaces are extremely limited."
And then , as I asked if there was a guarantee to attend the show if I subscribed to the VIP club, he answered :
"Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee entry to the show. Essentially there are 30 pairs of tickets to give away, but there’s no other way to get them than via a prize draw, so it would be down to luck."
So, when they say on their website : "Planet Rock VIPs are invited to a gig", that's not exactly the truth... Personnaly, if it depends on chance, I won't subscribe... Because I have to organize the travel, and especially to cancel professional appointments, and that's not worthy if I'm not sure to attend the show... :-X

I would love to go but the show is in few days (travel, hotel, ... holidays in my job ...) and pay the 80 € not guarantee me anything ... so difficult . Do you know if is an acoustic with Joey and Norum or is the whole band ? At least you have dates in France ...

Acoustic sessions usually mean it's Joey and one of the 2 Johns, most probably J. Norum now that he is out of his baby's birth occurrence... you don't need drums or keyboards for it...

We have not had anything new on this subject ... right? In Planetrock page says nothing (or I have not found it). Supposedly would be this week on 13/09 ... perhaps it has been suspended.
