…and I like chicken wings very much, btw! So as we started already, I was thinking that after all we should give the male gender a chance to express themselves here...otherwise it's easy to go without (almost) anyone who questions about what we are saying! And I was also thinking that as we have more time these days to write about these "essential questions of life", maybe that also Joey and the band have got more time to spend googling around and - again - Stein is well known, so guess if Joey decides to have a look at what the forumers here are saying, jeez! So why we don't take it easy and give men a voice here... First of all - I feel it - what Joey would say if he read what happens when he "flashes that grin of his"... His reaction would be: "Oh dear, we're in trouble already!..." But then we don’t have to forget that also men like to talk about the female attitude of shouting and swooning for them and even worse than that...and since I belong to the "middle-aged women" category...I feel well in spirit and laugh (a lot) about this: <listen from 11:30 to 12:21> But this gives me the opportunity to highlight another thing. Throughout this interview, Joey has got this sexiest voice ever! “Nah, you’ve got to go against, you have to fight the man!” “Fight the man, strip it down, man!” That was so fantastic, that I put all this on a CD and I am never tired to hear this interview in my car as well. You can't see him here, so no visual distractions, but you just hear his good vibe!

it's like the roosters with the hens AND you are their chickens look at the eyes of chickens and you will see your Bawk Bawk! ROTFLMAO! Thanks for that laugh! The nursery rhyme is "Sugar and spice and everything nice - that's what girls are made of." Not all spices are sweet, darling....

Dear watercolourgirl, What I mean, concerning that subject, is that JTempest, in normal life, don't have explicit gestures. He's just normal, and rather handsome, in my opinion. What makes him special "in the street" however is the fact he gets long hair, and he's tall. That's impressive, and that's why he couldn't go unnoticed... But there's something that strikes me with the band Europe : If you take the 5 members separately, they are rather fine men. But if you join them together, then EACH OF THE 5 BECOMES MORE HANDSOME AND ATTRACTIVE. Let's say that there was no Europe and that each guy was just a regular joe holding down a regular job. Women would still be attracted to these guys. They all have charisma -- something about them that you just can't put your finger on. If Mic was just plain Gunnar Mathias Michaeli working night shifts at Volvo, he still wouldn't go unnoticed. Same with Joey. Same with Ian. Same with the two Johns. Now as for them being Europe - I don't think any one of them could achieve the same success without the others. That's not being derogatory to any of them. I think when you have all of them in the same room together, on the same page - a certain kind of magic happens. I read a comment recently on FB that suggested that if Mic wasn't in the band it would be no great loss. Yes. Yes it would. Each guy brings their own magic and talent to the band. Now I know we are KIDDING around about their looks and getting silly about our fantasies which might make some uncomfortable here -- their looks certainly didn't hamper their career. If they are cursing their good looks, then they need to complain to their folks for blessing them with good genes. They came at the right time to cash in on the success of MTV back in the day. I make no apologies for saying that I'm attracted to their keyboardist. I will state it proudly. I love to watch him play, I love that he's photogenic and takes a damn good photo. Sorry Mic -- but you do! And if Mic should happen across our silly posts here, I would think **he would think** we are a bunch of silly loons having some fun. Not chickens to be plucked off by a rooster -- we do have brains in our heads. (And if he finds it offensive, then Mic is welcome to chastise me. I'm not hard to find.) We're not hurting anyone - I perfectly fine with people thinking I'm a goofball. Gawd, what's life if you can't play?

Yes of course, we are kidding ... However, not completely. For my sake, I completely accept the idea that I find EUROPE members handsome, TOO ! And this word : "too", is important. With Europe in fact, that's the "magic 3" : -Good music -Excellent performers -Nice men That's why I appreciate them so much. If you remove one of this 3 aspects, Europe is not Europe anymore. In fact, I could have added a 4th aspect: The good spirit. They are simple and kind, and like to laugh, althought they are mega-stars. They have kept their children spirit for many things, even if they are working hard and seriously for music. And here, on this forum, we, Europe fans, are doing the same : We are very serious persons in everydays life (and even probably eminent persons for some of us ! ), but we like to have fun sometimes when we're writing and sharing opinions here with other fans. Personnaly, I'd be able to hold forth on many solemn subjects with a lot of gravity.. But is it the right place to do this ? I like better speak about Joey Tempest sensuality with my friends !!!!

Hey, girls, you don't know how funny you are!!! I am working at the office and nobody understand why I burst into a big laugh and then I got all embarrased. Well, I don't care, but Michaela, your pictures are really hot! I mean, I'm used to see Joey having this attitude but seeing many of those "events" at the same time...I can only think he misses so much his wife while touring, hehehhehe. Well, about the topic of this thread: IMO, Joey doesn't need to be explicit because he's sensual even when he smiles, but nobody can deny we are always waiting for one of these "events"on their shows! He's so sexy that I would be able to jump on stage, throw the mic stand away and jump on top of him. Really!!!The way he moves when he dances, the gestures and his hot face when he sings make me crazy. I can't avoid to feel sexual desire when he seems so animal. And it is a bit embarrasing to admit it! So, please, add more pics, hahahha. Regarding Michaela's story with her colleague, I can tell you we (Chilean people) are always making this kind of jokes. But on the contrary, if her colleague had been Chilean, he would have continue making some other sexual jokes, hahaha.

And here she is! Hello Vonny, we missed you!!! Wow, I will have to pay attention should I come to Chile for work, but Joey will soon have to face an hurricane on stage in Santiago as well!!! I WANT those videos then, Vonny, do it, go for it!!! We are all with you! PS: I am sure to have more pictures for that gallery somewhere (it's quite a collection actually...), but for Joey's sake, those ones were not all from the same gig! Although I must admit that at Rock Of Ages he was quite inspired...

Some south american fire was missing in this thread... Well, I think the band must be strongly prepared for their shows in Chile, after what you've said tonight! A volcano (at least one !) is waiting for them And Michaela, yes, not surprising that it was more explicit at Rock of ages. It was a hard rock festival, wasn't it ? I've noticed that's where JTempest makes the more explicit gestures. I think he doesn"t make so many, when the show is during a "family" kind festival, for instance. And not so much when it's a real Europe tour, too. But during hard rock festival, the audience is full of males, "roosters" who really like this kind of gestures. And he sees the other singers doing this, and receiving a lot of applauses ; so he's doing the same... But I don't think Europe is completely Europe during those pure hard rock meetings.

just one question: HOW was the toilet? You're funny ! But as you're a boy, maybe you could give us your point of view. Then, the question is not : "do you find JTempest sexier when he makes explicit gestures?" It's more : "Do you think explicit gestures give a "plus" to Jtempest performances ?"
