@eva -- LOL...how would we ever know? Some of the guys might be playful enough to do something like that. Wouldn't that be nice? hahaha! And that's the collateral damage. Now we will all look suspiciously to each other like in an Agatha Christie's novel. I wonder...could he (or her, why not) be one of them...mmh...(suspance music)  . @ Michaela, thanks for sharing and tell us in detail the moment that you lived in the concert when a girl gave you the guitar pick of Joey, I love it, and to me this such situations give meaning to our support ... On the other hand, who knows? is possible that someone from the band is here without us knowing it, or even a member of their crew, eg ... would be nice but I'm sure that none of us (users of this thread) is a band member... right ? I didn't expect Joey to answer my letter, for sure. And I have always thought that one of the main reasons for them to close the official forum was the "obligation" they had to read it. Because "official" meant their image could benefit but also be damaged by what was running on over there. And they have learnt since a long time not to leave this only in the hands of management, no matter how good it is now. It was probably a matter of time to be spent to check it out. Nevertheless, do you really think that now they are flying blind? I don't think so. While I share your point of view about the reasons that led to the forum closure, I still don't understand why they simply didn't explained it. This is the most hurting side of the matter in my view. It made us feel guilty of something without knowing what it was. But I don't want to start it all over again so just ignore this comment. Anyway, as you perfectly show, the best way to keep in touch with the band is going out there, on the road. I hope that my turn will come soon. I agree, as no one ever told us what was the real reason for closing the ETB official forum I also have a feeling I could do something wrong, but do not know ... is a dark theme for me, and I'm still sad. |

OOOps, Michaela!! Now I can understand why you were writing so many positive messages wherever you could!! hahahhaha. You lucky girl!!!!! Thinking with cold head, I can't understand their reaction unless they obviously have caught you! You try to hide your face but your comments and threads have revealed your real heart! hehehhe. I have attended 3 concerts and I have never seen one of the guys sending pieces of papers or picks to nobody. They only throw the picks to the audience. I remember John L tried to throw one pick to the bunch where I was with some friends but he threw it too close to him that it fell on the path between the stage and us. A guard picked it up and gave it to my friend. And during the first show, Joey was wearing something like a scarf. I was half an hour trying to make him notice I wanted him to give it to me...the show ended and Joey disappeared with the scarf  Did he think I was happy with only his eyes on me from time to time and with his smile when he heard me shouting "Start from the Dark" ?? Who would be happy with so few samples of affection? ? I'm a big fan but no that stupid!!! hehehe. I insist: you were THE lucky girl of the fans. I envy you. But I think no one else has shown herself neater than you through what you write about the guys (specially about Joey), so you deserve their affection. Keep on sending all your love and confidence. You'll never spend a word, because more than one will reach their hearts and many of them will make us feel interested. You are one of those people who can write in only one sentence what your soul is saying. Vonny. |

Oh Vonny, what can I say, I am moved by your words here, thank you  ! I don't deserve that much, but for sure I've dreamt all this like something magic and I find my heart full of things to share. Hahaha, lovely thought you've had about that scarf, so what if Joey had thrown it to you like in "On the loose"? The irresistible scoundrel... You know what I have noticed? In the end things never go the way we think or we dream about...but if we "open our heart"  some other different magic comes true anyhow... |

The day before a gig you imagine many things, that one of them is going to recognize you, that you'll be able to kiss Joey, that you'll be asked to go on stage...or things like these, hahahah but the things are completely different. I think I always get frustrated, but if I go back to the moment, I realize they are what any other girl in the world dreams with. I need to be more realistic. Thank you, Michaela.
