Guys, when I heard this song for the 1st time when it was posted, I liked it IMMEDIATELY! And I am a hard person to impress.
When it was done, I gave it an instant encore, and when THAT was done, I was shaking with absolute joy at what I experienced.
With there being that 6-year layoff of no new content from EUROPE, exacerbated by Covid, to be honest, I was craving a beast of a melody from them.
And they DELIVERED! IN SPADES!!!
For Joey to do something like that in the shadow of the loss of one of his parents, he was NOT going to screw around here. His heart was all over this, and yes, I will do what the song's title says.
To me, instant classic! I NEEDED this for my soul at this point, and I'm firmly convinced that I've made the best bet when picking a favorite band.
That song is already in my browser bookmarks. And to me, the 21st Century companion of TFC is NOW HERE!
It's how much I believe in 'Hold Your Head Up'. A monster effort from EUROPE on this one!

I like it.  I was hoping that the video would show a preview of the old footage from the upcoming documentary, and the video definitely delivered!  I really got a kick out of seeing all that footage from the 80s and 90s.  |

Great to have new music after 6 (!!) years. Good song, not totally blown away, nor goosebumps and tears, but nice melodies, backing vocals and … that solo from Norum is magic again!
Overall the sound and voice give me a bit LLAE era vibes. Live feel to it. Would hope the new album to have a slightly slicker sound.
Hungry for more!

I go with kochie on this one. Good song but not mind blowing or something like that. The big plus for me is the return of harmony/backing vocals. And that guitarsolo is fantastic! Good production too. Reminds me of Secret society and LLAE soundwise. Not so strange given the fact that they used the same mixing guy. Does anyone know if there will be a physical release of this single? Was hoping for a vinyl release. I mean streaming is nice and handy but nothing beats vinyl or cd when it comes to sound.

It's good to hear some new Europe music. I like the song. The solo reminds me of Prisoners In Paradise, lyrics reminds me of Got to have faith and the drums has the debut album feeling to it.

very catchy song, not a big fan of the solo at first, I think Norum can do better, it seems too "improvised" but it grows on me every time I re-watch the video.
I think this is the way Europe should continue making songs, I'm really liking the sound quality, I mean Joey sounds incredible.
