Hello dear friends, first, thank you all for your nice welcome to our battle, these initiatives work if people are encouraged to participate so THANK YOU SO MUCH, You have made me very happy because in the first hours of the voting session there are 7 entries ... I'm sure until Thursday we'll be some more.
And then, wow we can draw interesting conclusions,
- "Seven Doors Hotel" although very voted, at the moment has not the most votes, the winner of the first hours of the battle is MEMORIES !!!! What a great song friends, without a doubt deserves this recognition.
but there is still a long way to go, what will happen?
- The only song not voted on so far is "Farewell", well maybe it deserves something else, let's see.
Tone Irene dear, 1998 ? Fantastic , please tell us when and how did you meet the band? Was it a video on tv? A friend told you about them? I find it very interesting that it was in their time when they were resting.
andreasthre & Andy foster : Welcome to the forum and to the battle , a pleasure for us to have new faces around here. Hope you both have fun!
The rest faces are very familiar to me
We keep going friends ...

Hello there! My selection from the Album "Europe" is: 1) Seven Doors Hotel 2) Memories 3) Paradize Bay While I have never attended live to "Memories", I have been in the audience a few times for "Seven Doors Hotel" (among these, at the Sweden Rock Festival 2013) and also a couple of times for Paradize Bay (Sweden Rock 2013 and El Poble Espanyol - Barcelona 2013). I dedicate to the people on this forum my take of a bit of Paradize Bay at El Poble Espanyol on Jun 24, 2013. Sorry, I didn’t have my latest camera, so the audio is not very good quality… still, an epic performance to me!

I got a male best friend when I started secondary school, and he eventually presented me with a mix tape. On there was lots of things. Cher, Shania Twain, Bon Jovi and music from "Grease". Just after "Greased Lightning"'s spectacular outro, came an intro that made my feet stick to the floor, and create goosebumps on my skin! I am still friend with this man, but thus far I haven't seen a single Europe concert with him :/

Heeeelloooo dear friends, ...
first of all let me give you something to drink, because we are already joining a large group of EUROPE's fans talking about what so much we like this band and listening to their music, I think that is good if we can while drinking some very fresh beers
The voting session is very interesting,
it's a very good news that all the songs have already been voted, and have at least one vote, although the battle is being waged on top between "Seven Doors Hotel" and "Memories", I pass you how is it up to now the total of the votes.
1. "In the Future to Come" (Joey Tempest) (1) 2. "Farewell" (Joey Tempest) (1) 3. "Seven Doors Hotel" (Joey Tempest) (10) 4. "The King Will Return" (Joey Tempest) (3) 5. "Boyazont" (John Norum, Eddie Meduza) (3) 6. "Children of This Time" (Joey Tempest) (5) 7. "Words of Wisdom" (Joey Tempest) (3) 8. "Paradize Bay" (Joey Tempest) (5) 9. "Memories" (Joey Tempest) (8)
Michaela Italy friend, nice to you over here , PARADIZE BAY is a great song, and your video shows us very well the emotion and reality of being placed in the front rows in a concert where everything isn't perfect, you have to be aware that people don't push you , that no one stands in front of you and is taller than you ... but it's a wonderful adventure , you know better than anyone.
For me this song has that rhythm that Europe puts in some songs of this era in which the music seems to "ride on" lol ... yeah! Some of the songs on this album seem to ride, they are "horseback songs"
Tone Irene I think you should close the circle and take your friend to a concert of the band. hehe, ... well it's nice that among other artists EUROPE got to hit you and get to you in a special way. Nice story
Dear kelinsco78 , a very warm WELCOME to the Forum and our battle we love having new people around here who share our passion for EUROPE, feel free to comment, share, and ultimately have fun in this thread. And yes! I totally agree with you, EUROPE is a great album, any song could be in the top 1
So friends our battle continues ....: Ride, ride, ride the wings of tomorrow Ride, ride, ride to change the world ... (you see Michaela Italy ? ... very "ride songs" LOL sorry, this song is for the next album )
