I think on this, I'd cheat a little, because there's no way I'd be able to figure out how to include the demo songs on the PiP album proper.
In terms of the final release of PiP, the OCD side of me would put the title track at the top of the album, switching places with All or Nothing. To me, the title track of an album should always lead off.
When it comes to the 14 songs that didn't make it, those should go on their own album, titled 'Break Free'. In order to get the songs that never left the demo stage onto that album, if I was in a position to do so, I'd get a special agreement done with Kee to get those 8 tracks fully produced and recorded, with the provision that it would be Kee's final project with the group(sadly, Kee's somewhat childish behaviour regarding everything EUROPE would necessitate this being Kee's final goodbye to the band, which I didn't like when I eventually heard about it).
For this 'Break Free' album, I'd put the tracks as such.
1. Break Free 2. Stranded 3. Mr. Government Man 4. Rainbow Warrior 5. Little Sinner 6. Wanted Man 7. Sweet Love Child 8. Never Gonna Say Goodbye 9. Long Time Comin' 10. Blame It On Me 11. Here Comes The Night 12. Wild Child 13. Don't Know How To Love No More 14. Yesterday's News
With that, I'd start strong, and end strong, you know?

PIP is probably my favorite early era album. The right amount of melodic and hard edge, but like a lot of good albums, totally ignored because of timing. I'd create the following, in no order...
1. Seventh Sign 2. Girl from Lebanon 3. Wanted Man 4. Talk to Me (LBB arrangement) 5. Prisoners 6. Til My Heart (the only PIP never played live) 7. Don't know How to Love No More 8. Yesterday's News 9. I'll Cry for You 10. Got Your Mind in the Gutter 11. Bad Blood 12. Here Comes the Night
That's my 12, but there are still some good tracks that still won't make it. I'd like to see them give this album some more "love" live, but since it was a Kee played album and not as successful, I don't think they ever will. I love Girl from Lebanon, but it's the only constant PIP played.
