Phil... this song... cant put this song into words... Maybe take Bowie's best song x2 and imagine Joey, Mic, Ian, John and John paying their respect. It's EUROPE on yet another level! I'm gonna have some real struggle until release day, since I've decided not to listen any other song other than the first single (don't wanna spoil the whole album experience). But seeing how you guys respond to 'Pictures', I'm sure it's a hell of a track!  Same for me, I'm determind to wait for the album, but the temptation is very strong |

I felt that the song seemed a bit incomplete, like it was missing a portion in the stream, but after listening a couple times, I don't think it is. I'm not a Bowie fan so vocally, I'm having a bit of trouble with this song, but musically I like it. I think Mic and John do a great job on it.

Ok so I gave in and decided to listen to the song. I'm not sure yet but I'm sure it will grow on me. Going to listen again now...
So...first impressions are that it is a somewhat unusual song for Europe. A bit more reminiscent of Joeys solo work. It seems to be quite a 'nice' song and something a little bit 'Bowie' in there definitely. But for me there was no real hook or catchiness to the song. I was left with the feeling it was missing something but I've no doubt it will grow on me alot because they always do. I think it is a clear tribute to David Bowie both musically and lyrically.
Am pleased to say that my early doubts about this song were unfounded. It is a really good song. I especially like the part mid-song where it starts to build with the guitars and the choir-like singing.
