www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC8618C6BF5A879AEAs far as I know, this is the earliest live recording of FORCE available. This concert was recorded at Centrumgården in Upplands Väsby in 1981 and was one of two concerts FORCE did with Marcel Jacob on bass. Band line-up:Joey Tempest - Lead Vocals John Norum - Guitar Marcel Jacob - Bass Tony Reno - Drums Setlist:1. Black Journey for my Soul (Scream of Anger) 2. Children of This Time 3. Shooting Star 4. Save the Kingdom (The King Will Return) 5. The Roses 6. Take Good Care 7. Memories 8. Seven Doors Hotel 9. Stage Moves 10. Rock Me 11. Life is a Battle Bonus track: Shooting Star (demo) Out of these 11 songs, 5 would later appear on EUROPE albums: "Children of This Time", "The King Will Return", "Memories" and "Seven Doors Hotel" on the first album and "Scream of Anger" on Wings of Tomorrow. Also, the guitar solo from "Take Good Care" would later appear in the song "Too Many Hearts" on John Norum's first solo album, Total Control.

Thanks Stein! I have this concert on an old tape... ♥ The guys were so young and with an amazing energy... luckily that talent didn't get lost along the way for them all... Even though Marcel played in EUROPE for a few months only, he could continue a great career creating his own baby Talisman... Things were meant to be that way...

I had that bootleg on a cassette many years ago Centrumgården was where Europe had their rehearsal room at the time. There is also bootlegs of their friend Yngwie Malmsteen's band performing there.

Thanks so much. It's great as there are a couple of tracks in there that I'd never heard before

From listening to 'Children Of This Time', it sounds like the then-FORCE had to perform their songs faster due to being an opening band for another group, and didn't have much time to complete their setlists.
Also, it's cool to hear something with Marcel in it. Something very rare for my Canadian EUROPE fan ears to listen to. Great find, Steiner(my little play on your first name, Stein...just to have some harmless fun XD). =)
