Sweden Rock Magazine: Story of TFC

Today I received my copy of the latest issue of Sweden Rock Magazine, which includes a long article about the history of the album The Final Countdown! 
The article is actually in two parts, and the second part will be included in the next issue. 
The article is very entertaining, all five band members are interviewed, and there are some great photos from 1984-86.
There's also a review of the album, which gives 9 points (out of 10) for the songs and 5 points for the production. 
One interesting part is regarding the title track. A couple of months ago there was a discussion on this forum about the mysterious "six and half minute version", referring to the fact that whenever Joey has talked about the song in interviews, he has always said that the song was six and a half minutes long. Well, there's a quote from Joey in the article that mentions that:
"Actually the song was very popular among everyone in the band. Although it was a little different - and very long. The original version was over six minutes long. Bob Ludwig, who was there with us when the album was mastered, adviced us to cut out a part after the first chorus. So then we cut the song down to roughly five minutes."

I always thought that there was a first mix of the album. One which was more guitar heavy.
