To be honest I'm a tiny bit underwhelmed by the fact that they play 2 albums in full. Don't get me wrong; I love to hear the songs from War of kings live more than the studio versions. But to know the sequence of 1 album live is a bit static and predictable let alone 2 albums! I dunno...I have to experience it myself I think (and hope  ) The songs from TFC album sound VERY cool though! Ninja with the extended guitarsolo outtro,fantastic!! Oh and I completely agree about the missing of On broken wings...such a shame!! |

to me it's much more interesting to play full 2 albums than the usual Best of - set... including Broken Wings would be perfect though.  |

Also, for those that were at the concert, was there any good merchandise on sale at the venue? Limited edition tour T-shirts, tour programmes etc..? Thanks.

They mixed WOK songs first then they played the whole TFC album...it sounded really good...some minor problems for Joeys mic and the volume in his ears. The guys were in really happy mood and tight on stage considering it was their first show for a while and first gig of TFC tour!  Some new merchendise as in t-shirts,hoodies,bandana and a windbraker jacket. |

Yes true but I had hoped that they would also play unplayed songs from their other albums. If I was in charge, I would have made the first set a mix of all the years of Europe minus obviously TFC, plus one or two obscure/rare songs like on broken wings or some Le Baron Boys stuff perhaps, alternating between dates so each show gets a little something special. The set two would be the full TFC album with more than just video screens. I would have had a proper light show with real par cans, lasers and a bigger stage set. But that's just me. |

On the Loose:  amazing!! , I'm very surprised by Joey performance , he still sings those songs with very good voice!!! . Another thing I noticed , Nice background videos ( In very good quality ) , rare videos from Joey Driving a car , Europe audience footage from Final Countdown concerts, and footage from uppsala concert 1985 and Viña del mar in my country !. |
