Wonder if there'll be a special setlist more "guitar-oriented" than usual..?

It was so great ! Powerful, energetic, moving... I was at the 3rd row, nearly in the middle, at Leven and Mic side. And good sound I must say (not always the case in other shows, when you are close to the stage...) : Mic and Leven could be perfectly heard, Norum guitars were clear, and we didn't miss anything of MR Tempest fabulous voice. About the setlist, the same like in Dalhalla, without new love in town and Wasted time. I took 4 photos of Norum : completely spoilt ! And a video of "Hole in my pocket" : good one -sound and images (incredible !!! isn't it ?). I'll try to upload it next week when I'll be back home. The man near me filmed many interesting things, and I asked him to put his videos on youtube, because there were a lot of little gifts for this festival : -Especially Mic Michaeli intro for Sign of the times : MAGICAL. -Norum solo for Vasastan and Lebanon intro was very special : our hero gave the best of his best. 2 funny things happened : -During Cherokee, JTempest lost his microphone ! It falled from the stage down to the audience, and Joey didn't know what to do, asking for a new one at the backstage. And it was the audience who kept on singing "Cherokee", before a boy threw the micro back to him... -During TFC, suddenly a man (probably drunk) pushed everybody violently to go from the back to the front row. Some persons nearly falled. JTempest called immediately the security, while going on singing and jumping (and actually, that's not the best moment here in France to push people and be violent : after all the tragedies we've known, there's is quickly a feeling of panic!!!!). Leven himself came on the edge of the stage, watching at the drunk man severely, scolding him obviously, asking to him if he wanted to come upto the stage and play the bass guitar instead of him... The guy calmed down instantly : it's not esy to face Leven's eyes when he's annoyed ! And During all of this scene, Leven was still playing perfectly... At the end, the band members gave friendly signs to the audience: Leven made a heart with his fingers, Mic made gestures with his hands from his heart. Joey Tempest said some nice words, Norum made kind signs, too. Ian stayed the last on stage, weaving hands.

Here's Carrie :
Maybe their best performance of this song. It was so beautiful. I'm never tired of this song live...

I must add it was the first time I was hearing Cherokee live. And it was irresistible ! Hope they'll play it again and again !

Norum's webmistress uploaded "Vasastan" played at guitare en scène. A magnificent performance. And Michaela Italy umploaded "Sign of the times", with a beautiful intro by Mic : Thank you to them : that was among my favorite moments in the show...
