Hello guys! We are celebrating  this is this year! This month! Our TFC 30 anniversary! ... wonderful memories mix with the fabulous present of the band and the incredible future ahead.
Here is another post of celebration, in this case we can make a ranking of the songs on the album, according to your preference, giving 1 "most you like" and 10 "less you like", ... are you able? ok maybe not, I know, it is very difficult ... but we can try

I have no doubt on the top three and on the last two. The songs in the middle are all good to me.

Here is my list. It's spilt 5/5 with top 5 being those I love to listen to, the bottom 5 I don't listen to very often. All 10 sorted in order of preference.

Yes, of course  Well, you put the four singles in the first five spots which is not so common anymore among the fans. But, most of all your last two positions left me like...  You see, I love Heart of stone and Love chaser...but then, it´s all down to taste  |

You see, I love Heart of stone and Love chaser...but then, it´s all down to taste What can I say, but I think the list would have been the same for me 30 years ago. I don't believe Cherokee was a single in the UK so technically only three singles in the top five! In particular with Ninja and Cherokee I love the guitar and keyboard solos. I see a few people have Love Chaser fairly high but the first few notes just remind me of TFC. I do generally prefer the songs that have a good mix of keyboard and guitar with strong melody (Cherokee, Superstitious, More Than Meets The Eye, No Stone Unturned, Last Look At Eden). Last Look At Eden is one of my favourite albums but I've not really got hooked on the recent two as much (I think primarily as they are more guitar focused and make little use of synths). Looking forward to seeing what others list as their preferences. |
