Yep....it was on this day back in 1986(though Feb. 14, 1986 was a Friday), that The Final Countdown was first released in the Scandinavian countries.
The version that came out was the single/radio version, which was/is 3 minutes, 59 seconds long.

The album was recorded just outside Zurich in Switzerland with vocal overdubs made in Stockholm, Atlanta and San Fransisco. It was produced by Kevin Elson (Journey, Mr Big ). All the vocals were recorded in Fantasy Studios in San Fransisco (where the album was mixed) apart from some background vocals done in Atlanta, Georgia. The lead vocal for the title track THE FINAL COUNTDOWN was recorded in Soundtrade studios in Stockholm Sweden. Soon we are going to announce some special Final Countdown news...
