As advertised on the facebook page of "H.O.G. Europe, Middle East & Africa" Europe are going to play at the Harley Davidson Euro Festival in Grimaud, Golfe de St. Tropez. It has been a fancy and cool venue this time, on the beach, under the sky, with the favorite Band!  As Joey said after the show, it was SO COLD though... and if a Viking says so, you certainly have to believe it!  Norum got sick and was very bad on the day after, because the fan was running furiously to push more wind on him, while there was no need at all for that!  But I told Joey it had been so warm in the afternoon until the sun was up and such a wonderful landscape... and then the show began and after a while I took my winter jacket off because the music was putting the place on fire for us in the crowd!  Sharing my video here from that night, starting with a "Wasted Time" (NOT!) and Joey cracking me up @ 1:58 because he just can't stay serious while I am filming, LOL!  Then the answer of Mic to my congrats to him for the beautiful intros to Sign Of The Times that he performed in the US! He played once more differently and astonishingly beautiful!!! Finally, Cherokee that it doesn't get played very often and not the favourite of John Norum as he declared in an interview, but he accepted to play it and even more to come this year with the 30th Anniversary celebration! |
