War of Kings Hole in My Pocket Superstitious Wasted Time Last Look at Eden Carrie The Second Day Firebox Sign of the Times Praise You The Beast Vasastan Seventh Sign Ready or Not Nothin' to Ya Drum Solo (William Tell Overture) Let the Good Times Rock Rock the Night Days of Rock 'n' Roll The Final Countdown
The video posted above says it all!!! EUROPE delivered a fantastic show in Bologna!!!!!
I just would like to add some personal insights!
Since that part is missing from the clip above, I'm posting one of my videos...
After breaking the D-string on his guitar on "Seventh sign", Joey handed it out to the audience wondering what could possibly be done with a broken string??!!! "Wait a minute! Maybe it's a G-string?" he said!... Or a floss, as John L. suggested and mimed? In both cases, it could be used somehow! Very funny!!!!
I was on John's and Mic's side... Both were very communicative on this gig!!! Lots of smiles, eye contacts, hand wavings, pointings! And John talked a lot too! Love that! Among the various gags I can mention when I put my hand on my heart when in "Let the good times rock" it is said "To the heart of this man" and John said "Man?" and I answered "Vabbe', woman!!!" (exactly like this, half Italian/half English!!)... John smiled and nodded and all this happened of course while he was playing!!!
The one below is a closer filming of the final greetings after the end of "The Final Countdown"! I apologize for the imperfect audio and video! I was too excited to realize that the image was not perfectly sharp! What matters here is that you can see the adrenaline and passion still running on stage while the guys are saying goodbye!!!! Joey repeating "Socc'mel!" in Bolognese dialect and looking in every direction is hilarious!!!! I think he knew the meaning pretty well!!!!
I already miss these guys so much!!!

Wonderful memories Stefania , well I'm always in the "Norum side" but I see John Leven interact much with the fans of the first row, all the shyness that has offstage he lose in concert, and in Bologna his lovely interviewer was there, right ? Funny ... really cool !
Yeah guys !! The PYRAMID PHOTO is fantastic !! To me Mic has the more difficult position

Here are my videos from this concert in my hometown!
In Bologna we are "notorious" to have this expression in our dialect: "soccmel !" Quite a "naughty" thing uh? It literally means "suck it" even if it is used as a way to say "really!", but it's what people say... Well, obviously with EUROPE coming to Bologna for their last gig of the WOK Tour in 2015, and with Joey who likes to speak some words in the local language, we were wondering whether he would have risked so much and oppppssss he did! Has someone explained in full details to Joey what this actually mean?!!?? Because you know, he has had this very innocent look after all while saying that...
Talking about even more things now... Joey addressed towards my daughter and I for two full verses starting at 3:17 for 14 seconds before throwing himself on the floor! Thank you Joey, to make this song so unique and unforgettable throughout this year! I felt it in my bones that I had to film the whole song this time! In my hometown Bologna!!! Sure I remember NTY at the Skogsrojet Festival, how could I ever forget?! And your question afterwards… And reminiscences too of the MORC stage when you lied down on stage on TFC! Two of the most beautiful and meaningful moments of my 2015! This is definitively THE SONG OF THE YEAR!!!
A very dear one for me now, that I shared with my daughter Elisa… This time at least I have been “the desire” at 1:58, and not “the despair”!!! Firebox in Bologna! Just a man… or a woman…
Va mo là, Bulagna! Cum vela? [Hey there you go, Bologna! How are you?] Ciao, ragazzi! [Hello guys!] Joey speaking "bolognese" dialect...
Here is another bit from the start of the show in Bologna on Dec 7, with the audience taking part with a warm enthusiasm!
Among the things that I told Joey when I welcomed him and John N. at the Airport in Bologna, the fact that it had been such an intense Tour, with the last leg, and in particular the very last part of the leg, so demanding on them. Bologna is not well connected either to the rest of Europe the continent and I know something about it myself!!! Well, I attended 30 gigs this year out of their total 82 concerts (the MORC cruise actually counted for two concerts). Even more than 1/3 and it’s been physically challenging for sure, but the overall energy delivered, shared and exchanged has been something totally OUTSTANDING!
Joey’s reaction to my words has been to be willing to give even more! You could see in his eyes the excitement to play again and go on stage on that night and the appreciation for their affectionate audience! Like he couldn’t thank enough… And here in his speech just before Praise You, I have found some shared feeling from that conversation, the upcoming Christmas time and all… just before this song that is one of my dearest. From the first time I saw you - @2:17 – I just got to be in your mind Oh well, mission accomplished, man! It has worked both ways! Since when I saw you for the first time on that screen, in August 2011, I felt like I just had to... and all this now looks so incredible to me!
