I've been walking today for the official website of the band, and ... well, I want the best things for this band (and without sounding complaint) when I read on the cover EUROPE NEXT SHOW: 25/05/12 METALLSVENSKAN / OREBRO / SWEDEN ... I'm surprised ! because not only the band has already played in OREBRO is that it has played in Germany ... Who is the publicist of the band? Good news: They have updated the page and now we can see EUROPE NEXT SHOW 01/06/12 Huddinge FESTIVAL / STOCKHOLM / SWEDEN

Hhahahah, I am personally very interested in knowing more about one specific Demonhead, hehehe, so I think one of my questions when I see the guys during their stay in Chile will be regarding to it. I can imagine their faces when hearing my question... . I bet Ian is going to say something really funny.

After to checking other official pages of different bands, I see how they have paragraphs dedicated for the fans, some examples:
-GUNS AND ROSES has a section called "Nightrain" that includes: Users, Blogs, Forum, Chat and Contest, and to enter it you signing up. -BON JOVI has a section called FANS, I don't move much there but I see there is also an official fan club since 1989, there are Contest, Chat. -DEF LEPPARD has a section called COMMUNITY where fans can register for a chat and leave their messages to the band. -WHITESNAKE, has also a kind of chat where fans leave messages. -JOE BONAMASSA has an official forum and a Street Team Mission.
I wish EUROPE's official website was more interesting to us, that we could have "some" of what I said above with other bands ... I know that each band has its own form of management, and of course is respectable but in my opinion EUROPE could do many things in their Official Page that could well give fun to the fans and promote the band.

I agree with Tomorrow, the official site is not what it used to be. I log in once a week and I'm there browsing for 5 minutes...5 minutes!!!!! I spend more time combing my hair, heheheh. I remember when I rushed home after working and I logged in the forum, I stayed there for hours, laughing most of the time, trying to find the last gossip, etc. It was funny and interesting because I learnt a lot about the band, too. There are many fans who knows Europe story as the palm of their hands and it's amazing realizing you know so little about them... I miss the forum. But I miss much more feeling ETB as home.

The band's blog has several great shots on tour in South America, it's great how the guys seem happy, we can see Joey with several shirts of football teams, Mic with the sea background of Chile ... is cool, but my favorite pic is the first of Sao Paulo, with a comment at the bottom of header that says "Ready to go onstage!", I love that picture, there is a roll so good between them, if they keep with that atmosphere, we have Europe for a long time ... The Tour Blog is one of the most interesting things in the web and it could be perfect if our comments were updated more often ... europethebandblog.blogspot.com.es/

The Tour Blog of the band is completely outdated , our comments don't appear and the last day of the photos that have been posted on 26/09, ... I've really enjoyed the fotos of this tour, especially seeing Mic, but I missed some video recorded by Joey, which he gives us occasionally . Maybe next time ...

Hi Bine I don't think any member of the band is dedicated to this issues, it is true that Joey occasionally recorded a video and then we can see it on the Blog Tour but do not think he personally is responsible for loading, or revise the comments that we write on each photo or video of the band. They have been touring in South America, so for this reason is why I think could have updated their Tour Blog, that is the function of having something like that, a channel where fans can interact with the band, but if they have a Blog Tour and not updated, people is getting tired and leave to follow it, as has happened here, years ago each update of the Tour getting 25 or 30 comments and now we don't get to 10. It's true that the strong commitment of the band for facebook, maybe are trying to let everything else die and targeting support through this social network. Who knows ?
