Well, I wonder if this new album doesn't make him a bit agressive.   And he damn attacked Joey when they were doing the photo session!  I had no idea that demonhead was slang for that. I can't find it confirmed anywhere. You sure? I doubt Joey would use it if he was aware of such a meaning. Or have I missed a place where Mic explained that? |

More a " poetical" word, like "captain's hook" or "glorious monster". A personnal manner to speak about it, a personal visual evocation... It has nothing to do with coarseness. By the way, the song is obviously a several-meaning song. That's why Mic Michaeli was kidding about it (it was in rockklassiker radio I think.) ! You can see it like a sexual evocation, or else like a complaining song... In a way, it lets the listener free of his interpretation, which is nice : you choose if you want to hear a sex song or a song of despair..! I've noticed that JTempest was writing more and more often these double-meaning lyrics. He didn't do it at his solo era, especially for "A place to call home", where all the lyrics were so precise and clear (APTCallHome is for me an absolute achievement of what a gifted lyricswriter can do.) |

What I like very much with this new website, is the homepage.  www.europetheband.com/So majestic with the big EUROPE looking like a bronze sculpture ! I don't know if you feel the same, but it reminds me of viking art (especially as the background looks like some old raw fabric, like the canvas the vikings were using). The vikings used to sculpt precious metal this way, with "flowers" patterns. So, it gives an impression of something solid and powerful, authentic and established. A bit warrior, aswell. The message is something like : " with Europe, you're entering the legend", good, solid, classic rock... By the way, the world "Legendary" is more and more often used by the medias to qualify the band. Not because Europe is old, but because they've done something unique in the history of scandinavian rock : they have conquered the world !  And 2012 is a special birthday for Europe, born in 1982 : 30 years old ! |

The album cover is very artistic, beautiful ... so easy to make a pretty desing on the official page. But the content doesn't me get hooked, I only can see the same links above but updated, nothing new.  |

Does anyone else think that the official page should be more dynamic and updated more often? I remember in the post of the closure official forum some people talking about this new direction the band would bring interesting things ... for me so far has not gone  I think the new official website (even in the short time he has) not having anything new, it's not updated often, has a section where links to articles hangs in the press and there are few and old ... I have the feeling that a lot of good things are happening for the band with this album and their official website isn't at the height ... should be richer in information, photos, news releases ... right ? |

Updated the official page, supposedly on 4/05/12, ... with the news: "BAG OF BONES" DEBUTS AT No.1 CHART IN SWEDISH HARD ROCK! but there is an error in the date 04/04/12, so ok! maybe is not important but for me it is unfortunate that the only update that has the page in LATEST NEWS, has a mistake, I don't understand, ... or nobody of the Europe's team review the page or do not care ... I do not know which is worse. And on paragraph REVIEWS (IN THE PRESS) has only reviews of UK, ok is great ! But there is a lot of countries in which are saying great things about BOB, why not pick it up? This is a private forum of a fan and moves more information, videos, photos, reviews, interviews with the band members, about the band that their official website ... |

It is a sad fact, and probably something that the band would not have intended - but I have realised that since the official forum was discontinued I have hardly visited the official Europe web-site. The forum was the main reason for me going there. Now I hardly visit the site at all, but come here instead.

The forum was the main reason for me going there. Now I hardly visit the site at all, but come here instead. I feel the same. In the past each day I was there because of the forum and it made could visit other sections but now this forum is where I am every day and go for days without visiting the Official Website of the band. The people who run the official site has statistics on the visits that have the new site, it would be interesting to know, I guess that will be interested in that many people should visit it. We all continue to share videos, information, news, reviews, on this forum, at least I we have a place to meet, if we hadn't this forum would be divided. Thanks Stein for this place. |

I've been walking today for the official website of the band, and ... well, I want the best things for this band (and without sounding complaint) when I read on the cover EUROPE NEXT SHOW: 25/05/12 METALLSVENSKAN / OREBRO / SWEDEN ... I'm surprised  ! because not only the band has already played in OREBRO is that it has played in Germany ...  Who is the publicist of the band? |
