It's just Joey and John doing promotion. They will do another promo gig in Kronberg on the 28th. That event is sponsored by Radio BOB (no kidding!). You have to take part in a competition to get tickets: www.radiobob.de/2710157/Nachrichten/2953213/BOBs_exklusivstes_Exklusiv_Konzert_mit_Europe.html I wonder why they do so much promotion in Germany (I am happy about that naturally), but so far there are onlythree proper concerts scheduled for Germany. Berlin in the east and Bochum and Mannheim in the west. No dates in Hamburg, Nuremberg, Stuttgart or Munich so far. That is kind of odd ...

andy74: I don't think Amazon sells the signed copies. These were available only through the Scandinavian outlets, such as Begans.

The street team competition is organized by their German record company EarMusic. They are giving away four street team packages for the Europe appearances before and after the HAndball Championsleague Finals in Cologne's Lanxess Arena. Your task will be to distribute flyers among the audience. You will receive free entrance and there will be a meet and greet with the band also. It's a great opportunity for fans since the tickets to this sports event are quite expensive. The promotor is selling special "Next to Europe"-Tickets (means you are sitting close to where they play) for 175 Euros. Not exactly a bargain if you are only interested in the band and not the handball match

It means the album will be on heavy rotation for one week, and if that goes down well with the audience the ambitious aim of "album of the year" might be within reach.

Europe's new album "Bag of Bones" is album of the week on German radio station Rockantenne. You probably remember the videos of Joey and John L. doing promotion there playing NSTSTB, Superstitious etc. www.rockantenne.de/album-der-woche/item/1700-europe-bag-of-bones"Europe have got the blues and we couldn't be happier about it." Check out their online stream!
