The conclusions I draw after reading a few negative reviews of the concert of Sweden is that negative opinions are on "non-musical aspect" and although I admit that I do not like reading I find minor issues ... The review in spanish says that Joey tried to be "very protagonist" or as revised swedish Joey in his speeches between songs "spoke English and not Swedish" ... I seem they want to criticize Joey and how his voice is very good seek other ways. And to say that EUROPE does not put "heart and soul on stage" is a feeling an overly subjective to give a negative rating to a concert, ... not? Because then says they are very good in their interpretation ... ha ha then?? why 4/10? Because you do not like the band?? ok perfect, I understand that someone tells me that don't like EUROPE but to make a negative opinion about a concert you have to give more weight reasons. Thank you dear Michaela for all the complete information that you give us !!

I did the same ! I couldn't resist... Here's what I wrote : "Well, I've always found astonishing how nowadays Swedes can criticize Europe, "gratuitously" I dare say, just because it has become a kind of fashion in their country... Hey, do they know, actually, that Europe is the ONLY worldwide-known band (with Abba) ?? Who cares about Swedish rock music around the world ? Nobody !! But who cares about Europe ? At least 230 000 people, according their "friends" on their official facebook page...(which means many more, in fact.) And why do people around the world still like Europe so much ? Because they have great songs and are awesome musicians and performers. Personnally, being a bit involved in music environment, I dare say they are among the best anD most underrated musicians I've seen... I'm French, and I've gone to Sweden many times, only to attend Europe shows. And I'll do it again, for sure. I have many friends doing the same : Italians, Spanish, Polish, German, Dutch, American, Japanese, etc, etc. Are you aware that we, Europe fans, contribute a lot to to the Swedish balance of trade ? Yes, we're bringing MONEY to your country, thanks to Europe. So, don't bite the hand that feeds you, please. You've found that Europe had a bit classical show at Sweden Rock in your taste..? You were missing something scandalous ? Some clowning clothes like for Kiss, maybe ? Just keep your opinion for youself if it's such a negative opinion, pointing only negative aspects : A real journalist would have at least shown several aspects and point of views of the show, but you didn't : only emptiness in your review... As a conclusion, I will apply your own comment about Europe'show to your own review : how BORING !"

Hello everyone!!! I wanted to thank you so much for all the information and comments on the SRF! I enjoyed them very much (and still do because even I have seen very little) I would like to especially thank Tone Irene for her beautifully expressed report. I like your writing very much!! It really transported me to that very special moment, which I greatly regretted I could not attend. I'm in a country halfway around the world (in many ways!) I do not enter much to the forum, but when I do, I really enjoy it a lot and I thank all those who take time to share with other fans. It may seem a bit exaggerated but still regret I did not do the same when I went to the Europe concert here in Buenos Aires in 2012. It was amazing for me. Maybe one day ... Greetings to all ...

HeDID use a silver mic stand after all I'm sorry, but NO he didn't.... Where do you see a silver mic stand?? I'm sorry, but YES he did. Go watch TFC on the DVD. You can clearly see, unless color blind, that it is a silver stand he uses with a white mic holder, probably adapted from one of the other stands.
