OMG!, These types of decisions kill me  I take a look  at the official website of the band to check again some videos and do a considered decision ... and I like them all !! That is, there are some that I am clear that I like better than another, but uffffff doubt between "Hero" and "Last Look at Eden" I love both ... and between "Always the Pretenders" and "Got to have faith" ...  sooooooooo: My votes are: DAYS OF ROCK N ROLL

Last Look at Eden Funny that they are videos of three different kinds and I still love them all. On the "not bad" side I would also mention "New love in town" and "Firebox". |

Here's my choice. Not speaking about the songs, here ; only the videos from an artistic point of view.
1) WAR OF KINGS : THE perfect video IMO to tell what EUROPE is. It shows the band how they really are on stage. And it's full of symbols : Ice blue and red colors = A band from the northern countries, lighting fire with their music ! And the images are magnificent. It's the video I would show to someone who still does'nt know Europe.
2) NEW LOVE IN TOWN : so elegant ! I love everything in it. How they are playing in such a natural way... I like especially Norum attitudes !
3) DAYS OF ROCK'N'ROLL ": The last baby, so I need to support it here ! It reminds me of the video of TFC in some aspects... Funny in some parts. And there's the fans ! It is supposed to show the band how they are on stage ; but, in a way, that's not exactly how Europe is for true : Norum never dances on stage, and Tempest rarely goes towards female fans and let them touch him !
To many of the other videos, I reproach the fact that the images are sometimes blurred, not clear enough ; the camera moving too much.

Hero, really great mixture of a storyline that fits the song and the live performances. Last Look At Eden, I really thought Europe would get another big hit when I saw this video.... they look so fresh and powerfull FIrebox, again so energetic and really great venue for the video. In the future to come: (not the video) I think it would be killer with some more storyline, since they've done so many performance videos and dvd's |
