It's been some time ... but I think it was quite sad that the day of the 30th anniversary of the wonderful album The Final Countdown the only official feedback we had was a "Fancy that!" via facebook ... I found it quite modest for what this album deserves, even though it may not be the favorite for the band, and even for the fans, in any case I think deserved something more, especially because people who love this band was active in social networks celebrating that day. I do not refer to our contest here, I assume that each initiative that we perform here is unofficial and we do it because we want nobody forces us and nobody has anything to approve or highlight but there is something beyond all this, ... I think fans of this band deserve more than a "Fancy that" or worse what sadder leave me when few hours later of the post with the "Fancy that! they put up a link with discount in t-shirts (TFC) at official store of the band for a few hours. Totally bleak ... come on! for real ? ... A Little bit of emotion that day would have been a nice gesture. A message, some words, an unpublished photo, ... give some shirts among people, I don't know ... well , this is just a thought ...

Europe, please, could you keep the same setlist like in Dalhalla at St Julien en Genevois Festival ? And please again, could you update your shows section somewhere ? Can't find the dates neither on your webside, nor on your facebook page ... A pity .

Thank you for always giving so much pleasure and fun, dear EUROPE ! Last night at guitare-en scène-festival, it was just perfect. - Ian Haugland, you're an ace. Usually, I don't like very much "scream of anger" ; but since I know it's your favorite song, I just concentrate on you during this song : It's easy as your drumkit is transparent now... And it was awesome to watch what you did !!! - John Leven, you're not only an elegant man and full of a big presence on stage ; the way you're playing the bass is very special, too. It gives deepness, resonance, elegance to the songs. A real treat, especially in WOK songs !! - Mic Michaeli, your performance was simply magical last night ; an enchantment I'm so happy that you have a lot of parts to play in WOK album. You give style to every song. - John Norum,I still wonder how you can do what you do with your guitar ; and how you can fill it with so much heart and soul. Someone wrote one day : "John Norum is God (and Joey Tempest is his prophet) ". That's the kind of religion I appreciate ! - Joey Tempest, no doubt, you're The master. Your voice getting more and more powerful, the way you're moving, runing, jumping, smiling on stage, and suddenly become so simply touching... If someday I have to meet you, I think I'll make a curtsey and call you : "your majesty".

Many things have happened on this Tour ... the balance of my experience has been hightly positive. This is for JOEY: I just ask fate to give me the opportunity to greet YOU in the future, to give my hand in gratitude for everything that your talent gives us and how happy you have made me listen to the songs of the album of my life the way you did, giving 100% in each night as the great musician that you are. It's difficult but I really wish I could see you again, I think it could be healing for me, to tell you: "Sorry Joey, I don't want to bother you just to say: CONGRATULATIONS AND THANKS!" and after that, close the meeting with a little smile from you, just this, Let's see ... why not ? We can't change the past but the future is not written ... (and this time not in a plane )

And here comes a short message from me as well! Very soon you'll start recording a brand new album and I'm expecting it with impatience and big curiosity! I totally love War of Kings and I wonder if you can beat it! I believe that you can always shine brighter, for you are the Northern star on the rock music sky! I'm also looking forward for your dvd of the TFC 30th anniversary tour; can you make an ordinary, available edition as well and not release it only as a part of some strictly limited or premium package, as you did with previous two dvd's, please? I'll struggle to make it imported to my country and advertize it all around it, so your needs can be covered that way as well. At last, but not least: don't forget Slovenia,my sweet friends! It's been a year and a half, but its ground is still shaking from your powerful groove! It was a huge, huge honour - and I truly hope ,that it wasn't the last time.

Great concert at Carcassonne. This time, big big special thanks to you, Mic Michaeli : you were the man of the day IMO, with your amazing intros/improvisations/performances full of soul and beauty ! I enjoyed your soundcheck very much, too ! Bravo to all the band for a perfect show : Joey's radiance with his voice and dances, Leven's perfect bass, Ian's energy, Norum's virtuosity. No doubt you're the best band in the world, decidedly ! Love you all. Valérie.
