The photo is as plastic as it can be. Horrible photoshop. The two Johns look incredibly bad, especially Norum. Joey doesn't look great either and only Ian and Mic look close to reality. Having seen the guys last summer, I KNOW they look 10 times better than this crap. This looks like an amateurish effort in photoshop. Just see the white bits that are usually shiny from light. Especially Norum's right hand.

Especially Norum's right hand. For me, there's 2 parts in this photo. The down part is great : Il like the attitudes of the 5 of them, the way they seem to say : "hey we are the masters, don't you know it ?"; I like their clothes (first time I see Mr Tempest so, so elegant !). But the top part is not very good ; too artificial. As many other fans told already,there's too much photoshop. The five faces look so weird ! Especially the 2 Johns : Poor Norum ! He looks like an old women who had a facelift ! But I suppose there'll be others pictures. They always do several photo sessions.. Concerning the general atmosphere of the photo, for me it's OK. That's dark, of course. Not joyful, obviously. But after all, if it's the special note Europe wanted this time, why not ?  |

Yeah, I have to admit I also thought the guys looked a little weird in this photo.

I really like the work of Tallee Savage, she has a very personal style, very characteristic, the photos are baroque, have a special force, seem almost paintings but with much strength and personality. This photo maybe is not the best picture of the band from a realistic point of view, it is not the best photo of Joey or of Norum, there are others much better, but after months without knowing news about the band, to see them appear in a manner so firm and resolute in this dark picture that reminds me something to "Start from the Dark", and conveyed to me the feeling of "we're back" and a serious and determined way, are you ready? so I liked it a lot  . And the Joey's jacket is amazing ! |
