Some good things about the new site: * Finally the 2013 and 2014 tour dates have been moved to the archives, so now it's all 2015 dates! And finally it seems like the list is complete (as of now), including Rock Fest Barcelona, etc... * There are some new cool photos from the studio in the Photos section.

Sorry, but there is nothing new. No fans section, the Tour blog continues disabled and now also hidden. More of the same. Somewhat disappointing to me, the NEWS section leads you directly to facebook, ie who do not have facebook has no news of the band, very thrifty section. They have maintained the format of the web and have updated with dates and photos of the last video. I see no qualitative improvement work. The concept and meaning of the words "a lots things" is different for me.

Yeah, the new site is very similar to the old site. It even has the same biographies for the band members, with the same pictures, except they removed their quotes about "Bag of Bones".

I just looked at the update site. I don't spend much time on it because most of the info comes out faster on their Facebook page. That being said, I was surprised (to some degree) that when I clicked on the video section, the only videos they have uploaded are all post-reunion. With the exception of the discography page, you'd think they forgot about their past. I get that they want to be current and focus on the present. I've always been of the opinion that if they didn't have their past, they wouldn't be around now to have the current.

I wouldn't qualify as "new" the Europe site, but if they say so... Anyway, since they removed the forum it's very abandoned, I only use it for the tour dates.

But a potentially new fan that accidentally stumbles upon TFC and wants to know more, goes to the official site and doesn't find the videos of their classic hits would be for sure confused.

By the way, I'm sure I'm not the only one who used to visit the closed official forum to read old threads. But now the forum seems to be deleted. When I go to www.europetheband.com/forum/ I get "404 Not Found"...

Skogsröjet is missing in the tourdates section, if I'm not mistaken. And are they really going to have two official merch stores? I wonder what will be on sale there. Or are they going to make a geographical distinction, such as one store for Europe and another for the rest of the world? Anyway, the focus is clearly on sales and that's okay, but I am missing some freebies for the die-hard fans ...
