In facebook has been shared a note referring to the delay of the tour in Mexico (Guess what I've read in a group of the band in where you shared it), is in Spanish, confirmed the new dates and says this: "The situation for what we have changed the dates of performance of the band were due to the logistics of the same group as a trip to Mexico, .." So they agreed to change the dates for next year, and speaks of a good understanding between the management and the organizing company. Checking the dates I think this may be the real reason, the last date of Mexico was the November 18 and 22 is Dubai, transporting the band assembly from Mexico to Dubai in less than 4 days was probably too complicated. It seems to me a credible version.  |

Honestly I had thought that since the very beginning...at a certain point they even published Nov 19 as the last date in Mexico...to be in Dubai playing on the 22, losing many hours in the middle due to the different time zones as well, it looked impossible to me.
Then they turned into Nov 18 as the last date in Mexico. Possible but tough, really TOUGH!

Let's see !! The information comes from the official Facebook page of Jose Cuervo Salon (OCESA) who is in charge if I understand correctly of the room where the band was going to act ... I feel sorry for the Mexican fans if the news is confirmed, there are people who leave comments with much disappointment NOTE IN SPANISH,
Debido a cuestiones ajenas a José Cuervo Salón y Europa concierto OCESA programada para el 13 de Marzo ha sido CANCELADA.
Los reembolsos se pueden hacer en el lugar donde se compraron las entradas.
En el cuadro de Salón reembolsos de oficina se harán de martes 18 de febrero.
Nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda causar.

Refunds may be made at the place where the tickets were purchased.

Now it's official. The shows in March have been cancelled, and the management is still working to re-schedule them somewhen later this year. We just want to underline once again that the cancellation of the tour in Mexico is BEYOND THE BAND AND THE MANAGEMENT'S CONTROL. More details will come soon, we invite those who already booked the tickets to contact the venues and the ticket sellers for the reimbursement procedures.

www.facebook.com/europetheband/MEXICO: It is with great regret that for reasons way beyond the band's control, the planned EUROPE tour of Mexico has been cancelled. The dates were originally announced for late 2013, with attempts to reschedule for the spring, then summer of 2014, without success. We apologize to all our fans in Mexico for the disappointment caused by this news. Any tickets purchased can be refunded from point of sale.

A pity. I know many Mexican fans who really wanted to enjoy the band in Mexico. And this was an excellent possibility to have Europe in North America (maybe USA) and after that South America (obviously). It seemed great! But no choice.
