Some songs of WINGS OF TOMORROW are infused with touches celts, at least that is what inspires me  , ... me back to a time almost medieval, I feel that is the soundtrack of a bygone era ...  I really like the performance of the band singing DREAMER "a capella" besides being very good musicians, their voices are fantastic, I think the high voices are Mic and Ian ... Stein perhaps you can confirm it  ?? |

@ Michaela: I understand your feelings. Open your heart is a beautiful ballad, very emotional and spontaneous. It speaks to the heart. However, if we talk about Joey’s sweat , I must confess I have totally different feelings (but that might just be a limitation of my closed and heterosexual mind).  hey ent, if I try hard, I could even imagine that - maybe travelling in other planets or galaxies - there might be different opinions on Joey's sweat out there, but I tell you, I reeeeeeaaaally have to try very hard! So uhhmmm, let's see... are you implying that it must be my sex then?  LOL, I wouldn't ever have suspected that sex could have an impact on my evaluation, no no...   |

i'm too late for the first album, nevertheless my choice would be: 1. Seven Doors Hotel 2. Children of This Time 3. Memories 4. Boyazont 5. Farewell 6. Paradize Bay I don’t normally like to break the rules (especially when I’m the one that wrote them!). The rule was that we wouldn’t accept votes beyond the deadline of the voting session. However, in this case, I think that breaking the rule has its benefits for what concerns the overall concept of this game. We had a tie and I asked to a few of us to break it. The jury has still not finished to express his verdict so if we block it now nothing is still decided. Accepting the vote of europemagnum has the following benefits: 1. It breaks the tie; 2. It gives us a wider (and therefore more representative) sample of voters; 3. It is consistent with the previous results (and even with the opinions expressed until now by the jury e.g. the exclusion of “In the future to come”); 4. It relieves the jury from the responsabilty to choose for the community. That’s why I’m going to accept the vote of europemagnum (as an exception!). Unless in the next hours there would be a mass protest against this decision, I will post the new and definitive results of the voting session on the album Europe. I would like to clarify that no further votes will be taken in account about the album Europe. Of course I’m interested to know what other people think about this album (and they are eventually welcome if they want to let us know what would have been their votes) but we must put some milestones here and there or else it would become a complete mess. So Sahiyela, thank you so much, but you are not anymore requested to express further decisions about the album Europe! We are nonetheless very interested in your opinions about Wings of tomorrow and all that follows! And, as a conclusion, you are very welcome on board europemagnum!  |

 Don’t shoot me, I’m only the piano player! In this beautiful hall gently provided by Stein-Vidar there’s a whole orchestra playing and it makes a pretty good music. I hope some more instruments will join in (I see some violins there, still laying on the chairs, is anyone out there able to play them?) @ watercolourgirl: thanks for minding. I thought about that but in the end I concluded that it’s better to keep this thread as a whole. The general readability will maybe suffer a little but, first of all, I don’t want to mess the forum with multiple threads. On the other side I’d like to catch this moment in time. When the game will be finished this thread will sink down at the bottom of the board. And this is good (we always have to move on). But we may like to read it now and then and remember the way we were and what we thought about Europe music between June and July 2013. Europemagnum could find that Words of wisdom still sucks, but hey, :scratch:maybe not that much and Michaela could have become bored with Open your heart…no, wait, this won’t probably happen . And later, maybe in 2018, when the band will celebrate 35 years of rock (with two or three more albums in the sack?), someone will start it again and compare the results! Okay, end of the holyday and back on topic: I still owe you the final results of the first session. 1. Seven doors hotel: 12

3. Paradize Bay: 9
4. Words of wisdom: 8
5. Children of this time: 7
6. Boyazont: 7

9. Farewell: 3The first six songs made it to Phase 3 . It’s strange to see "The king will return"  and "In the future to come" out, (just as "Tomorrow" feared), but a good half of us stated they can do without. For the other half: it won’t be easy but there’s still a little chance to get them back in Phase 2, so don’t give up. As a last note, I remind that you can still vote the best six from "Wings of tomorrow" until tomorrow, Saturday at 20:00.

This makes my heart bleed. Ok, there's still a hope for the Phase II.
And of course I want to join Ent in the congratulations for this cool idea.

Sorry to have kept waiting!
I worked for two days almost "non-stop" and I went to music festival on Friday.
I'm here now. Ent, I don't know if my vote can still count but I give it.
I have to pick between these songs : Boyazont
The King Will Return
Children Of This Time
and it was not easier for me, Boyazont is my first choice, it's a real Jonta's feature. But now between The King and Children...
OK my second choice is Children Of The Time.
There are Boyazont and Chidren Of This Time
