And bye bye RTN without a single tear But what? I can't believe it !! My beloved "Rock the Night"! I love these moments And I was born in 1974 too!!! In fact, on last Sunday (22nd) was my birthday!! You know Andy, I had the feeling, from your nickname, that you could be a '74 too. But, since the last time I guessed on your nickname I concluded you were a boy , this time I preferred to stay quiet and waiting from your direct confirm . Welcome back and happy birthday!!! Oh I missed the previous battle, OMG I was about to vote Rock the night and Cherokee If I voted, the results were different So sorry tomorrow Actually if you had voted Cherokee and Rock the night, the final result would have been the same since Cherokee has one point more than RTN. I love happy endings! And happy birthday to your mom too! My vote for the current leg: If you ask me now which songs I would like to play on my mp3, among the four, I would choose the following: - Seven doors hotel - Ninja
Sorry Michaela Italy, also this time I can't support your beloved ballad.

So my theory about planetary influence in the "Generation 74" and to be a Europe's fan is becoming increasingly in something possible, ... ok another user more born in this year and I'm going to open a Facebook page called: "Generation 74, or why I'm a Europe's fan" rikaito: The fate would have things happen like that, it was written that we should put aside "Rock the Night" at this point of the road, we just accept it. In any case, Please don't miss the rest of the phases !!! I have no reason for my choice of this group, but my two songs are: SEVEN DOORS HOTEL OPEN YOUR HEARTsimply are wonderful, but like NINJA, One of my favorite songs that is among the group least known for the general public, has a brutal thrust from the first note with the choir voices that sound as well! And that lyrics that transports you to a time almost magical. ... fabulous song. SCREAM OF ANGER This song captured me when I heard it live, I think it was in London, god how it sounds! Adrenaline climbs a lot! and is one of those songs in which Joey shows why is one of the best singers in rock, he has to have the voice at a high level throughout his performance, simply amazing.

Wake up call: 8 Cherokee: 7Rock the night: 6 Spirit of the underdog: 3
Yeah! This time my two little girls have survived! The suggestive single from the debut album inspired by the horror movie “The beyond”; Another reason to adore this game is the chance to discover things unknow. I didn't know about this fact: Could you tell me something more about it? And now lets go with the plain thing: First choice is pretty clear: Open Your Heart '84, one of the masterpieces in Europe's career, a jewell. But after that, I will choose Seven Doors Hotel. I like a lot that mix of teenanger 's epic and heroic and innocent attitude, a lot of Lynnot's stile. I'm feeling a very bad person leaving Scream Of Anger and Ninja behind but, as we, 70's guys learnt in The Highlanders, there can only be one. Two in this case. Luckily.

The suggestive single from the debut album inspired by the horror movie “The beyond”; Another reason to adore this game is the chance to discover things unknow. I didn't know about this fact: Could you tell me something more about it? Mmh, let me see… Lucio Fulci was an italian movie director, well known between the seventies and the eighties for his horror “B-movies”. He had a very graphic and “gory” style and that’s why I’ve never liked that much his movies and I’ve never seen myself “The beyond”. But he’s been a sort of pioneer of the splatter genre and he’s recognized as a master and an inspiration by Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez (among the others). In 1981 “The beyond” was released and Joey saw the movie. He was so struck by it that he decided to write a song about it. In the booklet of the compilation 1982-1992, about SDH, Joey writes: “note the classical influences in this song which were inspired by a horror movie called <Beyond>”. As a matter of fact the piano intro has a “thrilling” mood and the lyrics resume the plot of the movie. The “Seven doors” Hotel in the movie is the place where “a massacre took place and a young man died”. This event “opened one of the seven gates to Hell”. Later in "1981" the hotel is inherited by a young girl that tries to re-open it for business. But the “door” is still open and all sorts of horrifying events happen ("traces were found that could not exist in one's mind"), included the presence of the ghost of a blind girl (note that the lyrics insist very much on the “view” aspect: "without your knowing she's blind", “use your eyes to read and learn”, “do always watch out for things that you see…”) . The “Eibon” is a mystic book that should contain the answers to the strange events happening in the hotel (that's what you should "read and learn"). This is more or less all I know and deduced about this fact. If you wish to know something more you can take a look to the English Wikipedia pages of Lucio Fulci, The Beyond, Seven doors hotel and Book of Eibon.
