Do you perhaps have a review or story from your time in Lakselv, Stein? I know your memory is so great! Anything in particular that happened during the show or something else you want to tell us about?

Well, Joey sang part of "No Woman, No Cry" in "Superstitious", and he sang along to the first guitar melody in "Let the Good Times Rock". He also messed up a little near the end of "Girl from Lebanon", singing "Carry on, my little one" when he was meant to sing "And the night has just begun" for the second time. He quickly recovered, though. The biggest surprise was that the setlist was so short. They only played 13 songs this time, while usually they play at least 17.
To tell you the truth, the main thing I remember from this concert was trying to take as many pictures as possible and only ending up with a couple of decent ones. As you can probably tell from the YouTube videos, I'm not the steadiest camera man/photographer, so... I should have just taken pictures during one or two songs, filmed a couple of songs (which I did do) and just enjoy the rest of the concert. That's what I'll probably do at my next Europe concert. Sorry for not writing up a whole story like I usually do, but I can't really remember much from the concert except for what I filmed and what I just wrote.
I did have a good time in Lakselv, though. Met a couple of people I hadn't seen in years and went to a couple of great concerts, like Sivert Høyem, Thin Lizzy, E-Type and of course Europe.

Stein, you've been great! It's just that we are never happy enough with the way we do these things because we would like to be perfect! But yes I agree, filming or taking pictures too much can make you lose something of the show in the end.
I love to study how Joey gets out of the messed up situations! It's there that you can really appreciate the experience and the professionalism of this band. But hey, about Girl from Lebanon...have you ever noticed - or it's just me - that since a very long time, I'd dare say since the 90's as well, Joey is not singing live the line "another day another sun" ? Wondering why...I think he forgot completely that line is in the original song and he always goes with "another dawn has yet to come". I noticed it because I love the "another day another sun" so much that it's been lingering in my head since the very first time I heard this song.
