Hi Wendy38, mine is just a supposition but probably that's because the Viper Thater is smaller, it contains half the people than obihall... even if it sounds strange to me that they can gather less than 1000 people in Florence!

Wow, I was at the show yesterday night in Florence, in the first row, 5 metres far from John N. and Joey and... what can I say? They were in a wonderful shape, relaxed, and Joey really playful as I don't think he was when he was younger: he has learnt some expressions in italian, some of typical Florentine language too ('gannnzo!') and he used them throughout the show making us laugh and laughing himself too!! He told 'what a night' several times and it seems to me all of the boys have had fun and enjoyment in being there with us... Now I'm gathering my ideas and memories and photos (if I find some decent I'll try to post it) but... I needed to tell someone as sooon as I could what a night it was!! Wooow!!!

So happy for you Vicky, that you enjoyed the show and the band! What a night for sure, when EUROPE are on stage, isn't it? I am looking forward for your other stuff, meanwhile I am gonna get ready myself for the show in Nonantola tonight...it looks like we have to queue under the rain, both today and tomorrow in Padova as well, but anyway the anticipation to see the band is overcoming whatever bad weather forecast we have!

Thank you Stein-Vidar, you're a gold mine! And thanks to Michaela and Fernanda for their immediate replies, and video and photos (very artistic, I look at the clumsy pictures I took the same night and sigh... ). I'm posting an image of the last seconds of the show in Florence, just before Mic launched his empty bottle of water on the fans of the first rows while Joey was gathering his towel: it would end up the same way few moment later on our heads! John N. has throwed on us a couple of his plectrums and Ian his drumsticks... I think they must have understood we didn't want to let them go away from the stage! Attachments:
