I'll bring the laptop with me, but I will be able to connect only from time to time in the next 12 days. Holidays!!! In Germany!!! Could we miss Rock of Ages? No, absolutely not! I'll attend with my 3 kids (11, 13 and 15 years old) trying to decrease dramatically the average age of Europe's gigs! EUROPE, wait for us!  It's gonna get scary!!!  |

OMG!!! am I still alive?!!' I had seen a couple of Europe's concerts before, but NOT LIKE THIS ONE!!! What a POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEERRRRRRRRRR! Setlist included Let The Good Times Rock and New Love in Town, leaving out Start From The Dark, for the rest all according to the longest previous concerts they did. Ian put on the pig mask while playing TFC! "Norum 1" sign was there! The audience has been absolutely FANTASTIC! My handycam has been taken at the entrance...I will be able to share only some pictures taken by my 2 daughters later on. This time I have been really knocked out by Joey, my friends. He recognized us from the evening before in Munich and during Superstitious he has stopped in front of us with "a glance and a smile", well his most superb, wonderful, smartest smile  . My 2 daughters turned back and stared at me, I stared back at them and told them "oh well, it looks like he has greeted us, don't you think?" and they said "of course he did, how could he miss us, we are the very same as yesterday evening and your hair gets quite noticed mom, how could he miss us!"  He almost killed me now. Not able to connect anymore with my brain, hopefully I'll turn less insane during the day.  A more coordinated report in the future to come...need to check out from the hotel and continue our trip right now... EUROPE this has been a FANTASTIC SHOW! THANK YOU! AND JOEY, YOU'RE SIMPLY THE BEST!!! |

Oh, my God!!!!How they can do that!!!! It is a robbery!!!What happens to people???I think Europe the band is overacting about vids. We are selling tickets all over the world to see their shows, I wouldn't miss a show in spite of all vids from all their previous gigs were on the web. We are REAL FANS!!!!!!!! But we need some reports, some points of view, some pictures. I can see the wait is going to be too long. No vids, no pics but those on ETB or facebook. I'm getting completely insane!!! I need to have them here NOW!!!! (So sorry for my bad temper, but I just quit smoking so I'm not on my best mood) Congrats, Michaela, as always you've got what you want, my friend!! I think it's a good idea to go to the concert with your pic on my T-shirt, heheh, this is the only way to have his eyes on me  |

In my experience, it's more often then not the venue that doesn't want cameras, not the band/musicians. Happened to me at a John Fogerty concert...camera was too obvious so they told us to put in the cloakroom. Got into the concert hall, and everyone else was taking photos! I think the real trick is to come up with a creative way of disguising the fact you have a camera... |

It's not THAT surprising that you cant take a videocamera/handy cam onto the concert area..... Ernie is right, that was a general rule and the handycams got confiscated at the entrance. No problem with small cameras and mobile phones...but it was not Europe the Band. Also, security men were very active to block everyone filming from the first rows with mobiles... I still hope that someone could make it anyway, I can't watch the vids from ernie's links right now as I am not wifi connected Hey Vonny, I suggest you put my kids on your T_shirt... !!!! |
